Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate Launches Gold Edition
In celebration of the third anniversary of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate and the iconic TMNT franchise, Super Evil Megacorp is excited to unveil the title’s complete Gold Edition, offering a collection of the base game and all three DLCs: Casey Jones & the Junkyard Jam, Metalhead and Alopex.
The Gold Edition, now live on Steam, Epic Store, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PlayStation 4/5, allows players to take the form of any of the seven legendary playable characters, engage in heart-racing battles against familiar villains and immerse themselves in the nostalgia of the TMNT universe. PC owners can opt for the Gold Cowabunga Edition, adding access to the digital art book and soundtrack to throw players deeper into the TMNT: Splintered Fate world than ever before.
And it doesn’t stop there. As a special treat to existing fans, a free game update is now available, featuring balancing adjustments to Astral and Ooze trees, along with top secret enhancements that players will have to dive into to discover.

PATCH NOTES - GOLD EDITION UPDATE
BALANCE UPDATES
- Astral Powers - Dark
- Effect Updates
- Darkness now deals high damage per second, but with a short duration.
- Dark Shell, applied by Shadow Abilities, creates an aura around your character, constantly applying darkness to all enemies within range.
- Power Updates:
- Nightfall - Now uses the “Strike” slot. Final strike applies darkness to enemies hit for 2 seconds.
- Shifting Shadow - Now uses the “Dash” slot and dash deals damage, increased to 200% against enemies already affected by darkness.
- The % increase here was reduced from the previous 300%, as the other adjustments to Darkness made it too powerful.
- Shadow Abilities - Formerly called Cloak of Shadows, Now grants “Dark Shell” for a duration, applying darkness to all nearby enemies.
- Core Collapse - Enemies affected by darkness take 10% more damage
- Lingering Darkness - Darkness deals X% Increased damage, but you also take Y% more damage.
- Eclipse - NEW Darkness deals damage more often, but Dark Shell affects a smaller area.
- Dark Shroud - NEW Dark Shell affects a wider area, but you move slower while it is active
- Astral Powers - Light
- Power Updates:
- Astral Insight - While Light Shell is active, gain X% damage and Y% critical hit chance.
- Astral Presence - NEW While Light Shell is active, gain X% damage and Y% multihit chance.
- Ancestral Guardian - While Light shell is active, fill your special by X% per second.
- Ancestral Tech - NEW While Light Shell is active, fill your tool by X% per second.
- Piercing Light - NEW Attacking enemies affected by Blinding Light deals +X Light damage.
- Ooze Powers
- Effect Updates:
- Increased the damage per second of ooze stacks by 15% to bring its overall power more in line with the power of other trees.
- Increased base duration of ooze from 3 to 5 seconds.
BUGS FIXED
- Astral Wraps and Talismans are now awarded for every player in couch co-op and not just Player 1
- “Stronger Stuff” Dragon Upgrade now works appropriately as it levels up
- “Daydreamer” light astral power now works appropriately on levels 2 and 3
- “Revival” power now also grants health in relation to modifying max health
- Fixed a bug where the game offered too many powers in the same power tree when player had an elemental Artifact equipped that guaranteed the next Power selection. Runs should feel more randomized when using these Artifacts again.
- Fixed an issue where player could become invulnerable to damage
- Fixed several crashes
