From TUDUM By Netflix:

Emily in Paris Says Adieu with Upcoming Final Season

Production has started on Season 6 of the series about the titular American expat.

Everyone’s favorite marketing executive is returning for one last adventure: Emily in Paris will end with Season 6, which is now filming.

The fashion comedy’s star, Lily Collins, announced the news with a video, which you can see above. “Season 6 will bring you everything you love about the show and serve as the final chapter in Emily’s adventure of a lifetime,” Collins says.

Greece is the first stop for Season 6 production. Emily in Paris will then jet off to Monaco and, finally, return to the City of Light. Would you expect anything less fabulous for Emily Cooper’s (Collins) final escapade? Writer, creator, and executive producer Darren Star agrees.

“Making Emily in Paris with this extraordinary cast and crew has been the trip of a lifetime. As we embark on the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount, and, most importantly, the fans who have taken this incredible journey with us,” he says. “We can’t wait to share this last chapter with you. Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives, inspiring your dreams of travel and your love of Paris. We will always have Emily in Paris!”

Collins’s video serves as a reminder of all the joy — and sparkle — that happens behind the scenes of Emily in Paris. Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau), Ashley Park (Mindy Chen), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Lucien Laviscount (Alfie), Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc) William Abadie (Antoine Lambert), and the rest of the cast can be seen in the clip. “I can’t wait for all the magic ahead and to celebrate our final season with you in the most chic way yet!” Collins says. “I’m so incredibly grateful.”

The upcoming season will follow in the well-heeled footsteps of Season 5, which saw Emily take a bit of a Roman holiday. In Rome, she’s romanced by Italian cashmere heir Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) — naturally! — before realizing her heart yearns for the home she built in Paris. Meanwhile, Emily’s best friend, Mindy, gets engaged to her own fashion designer beau, Nicolas de Léon (Paul Forman) — but has a spark with Alfie (Laviscount) that can’t seem to be extinguished.

So, what’s next for Emily, Mindy, and the rest of their stylish friends? You’ll have to stay tuned to Tudum for more information on the final season of Emily in Paris — santé!

###

This caps Emily in Paris‘ journey, which stared with a 2018 series order at Paramount Network, where it was supposed to be paired with Star’s TV Land dramedy Younger. Emily in Paris moved to Netflix ahead of its first season, originally produced for Paramount Network by MTV Entertainment Studios. The studio’s parent company went through two mergers since, Viacom-CBS and Paramount-Skydance. The studio underwent a couple of transformations too; it is now Paramount Television Studios.

The Greece location picks up from the Season 5 finale cliffhanger, in which Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) sent Emily (Collins) a postcard from the ancient country, asking her to meet him there.

Star at the time told Deadline that the duo reconnecting “definitely hints at the idea that they’ll stay in each other’s lives.” This being the final season and Emily accepting Gabriel’s invitation also hints that fans may get what they had been hoping for since Episode 1 — that the star-crossed lovers are endgame.

Collins addressed the show’s fans in a video, which you can watch above.

“Season 6 will bring you everything you love about the show and serve as the final chapter in Emily’s adventure of a lifetime,” she said. “Our entire cast and crew are pouring our hearts into making this a fantastic farewell season, which we’re now filming. I can’t wait for all of the magic ahead, and to celebrate our final season with you in the most chic way yet. We’re so incredibly grateful, and we love you all.”

Seasons 1–5 of Emily in Paris, which made its Netflix debut in 2020, have spent 32 weeks on the streamer’s Global Top 10 list and reached No. 1 in 90 countries. The series has inspired fashion trends and memes and has boosted tourism to France, getting praise from French President Emmanuel Macron for its role in bringing visitors to the country.

Emily in Paris started with the eponymous heroine (Collins), an ambitious twentysomething marketing executive from Chicago, unexpectedly landing her dream job in Paris. Her new life is filled with adventures and challenges as she juggles work, friendships and romance.

‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water’ Deluxe Edition Soundtrack Album to Be Released In July 2026

Varese Sarabande will release a new soundtrack album for The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, the hit 2015 animated/live-action hybrid feature based on Nickelodeon's beloved animated series, SpongeBob SquarePants!

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (Music from the Motion Picture) [The Deluxe Edition]

Directed by Paul Tibbitt and starring Antonio Banderas, Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Bill Fagerbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Carolyn Lawrence and Douglas Lawrence, in the second SpongeBob feature film, the Krabby Patty formula goes missing, plunging Bikini Bottom'sinto chaos... and this time, Plankton's not responsible! SpongeBob's quest for the real culprit points straight to the surface-dwelling pirate Burger Beard (Banderas), and the Krusty Krew has to venture to our world on a mission to restore the natural order.

The Limited Collector's Edition album features the expanded original score from the Paramount Animation & Nickelodeon Moves' production composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee John Debney (The Passion of the Christ, The Jungle Book, Elf, Iron Man 2, Hocus Pocus, The Emperor’s New Groove, Liar Liar, Dora and the Lost City of Gold), including previously unreleased music. Debney recently returned to the SpongeBob Universe to provide the music for The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants.

"In 2015's The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, John Debney, a fan of animation and SpongeBob in particular, took his first big screen 3D bite of a rousingly scored adventure. Playing comic lunacy and soaring nobility, Debney enthusiastically captures the screwball spirit of Bikini Bottom with his cartoonishly creative score. Now, Varese Sarabande presents the full CD treasure, featuring a new interview with the composer on his approach for the perpetually optimistic character."

The Deluxe Edition soundtrack will be released digitally and on CD on Friday, July 10. Visit Amazon to pre-order the CD and digital version. A first track (Burgerbeard on Island Open) is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out below. The label has previously released the original 2015 soundtrack album. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.

‘Beavis and Butt-Head’ Set to Arrive on Netflix for the First Time in June 2026

Netflix USA is picking up multiple seasons of both the revival and classic series in June 2026.

Beavis and Butt-Head
Paramount+

Paramount’s iconic animated slacker duo, Beavis and Butt-Head, are making their way to Netflix for the very first time this summer, our friends over at WoNetflix are reporting, with seasons from both the classic series and the Paramount+ revival currently slated to hit Netflix US on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026!

From Emmy® Award-winning creator Mike Judge (King of the Hill), Beavis and Butt-Head follows the beloved misfits and their signature brand of absurd, hilarious, and often painfully relatable antics - which has cemented their status as enduring pop culture icons.

Initially, Netflix simply teased that “New volumes” were coming, but we now know exactly what is on the way. Fans are getting the best of both worlds with a mix of the classic 90s run and the modern reboot:

  • Beavis and Butt-head: The Mike Judge Collection: Vol. 1-3 (Curated compilations of the classic 90s MTV episodes)
  • Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head: Seasons 1-2 (The 2022 revival seasons originally from Paramount+)

As is usually the case with Paramount licenses, this looks to be a highly targeted regional pickup. Right now, it's believed that Beavis and Butt-Head will strictly be a Netflix US release, and there currently aren’t any indications that international regions like the UK, Canada, or Australia will be receiving the series on June 16th.

What is Beavis and Butt-Head?

For the uninitiated, Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butt-Head is the quintessential 90s animated sitcom that helped put MTV’s original programming on the map. The series follows two dangerously dim-witted, heavy-metal-obsessed teenage couch potatoes whose daily misadventures in Highland, Texas, are famously interspersed with their trademark, snarky commentary on music videos. Beyond just serving as a hilarious snapshot of Gen X slacker culture, the show’s legacy within the entertainment industry is monumental. It proved that adult-skewing cartoons could be massive commercial juggernauts, paved the way for boundary-pushing network series like South Park and Family Guy, spawned the iconic spin-off Daria (which also has a spin-off, Jodie, in the works), and launched a durable franchise of feature films and revivals that proves these two are virtually timeless.

Created and voiced by writer, producer and director Mike Judge, the characters of Beavis and Butt-Head originated in Judge’s 1992 short film “Frog Baseball,” which was broadcast by MTV’s animation showcase Liquid Television. After MTV commissioned a full series around the characters, Beavis and Butt-Head ran for seven seasons, from March 8, 1993 to Nov. 28, 1997. During its initial run, Beavis and Butt-Head received widespread critical acclaim for its satirical, scathing commentary on society. The show’s popularity spawned various related media, including the theatrical film Beavis and Butt-Head Do America in 1996.

Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head
Paramount+

Having originally premiered in 1993, Judge has cemented Beavis and Butt-Head as cornerstones in adult animation. Known for its sharp wit and unfiltered take on adolescence, the show remains a significant part of the cultural zeitgeist.

The series was revived in 2011 with an eighth season airing on MTV. Creator Mike Judge then brought the duo back in 2022 for two excellent new seasons that originally streamed exclusively on Paramount+ before shifting over to Comedy Central for season 3 in late 2025. The reboot was reportedly renewed in late 2025 for a fourth season.

Why is Beavis and Butt-Head coming to Netflix?

As mentioned, this marks the first time the Beavis and Butt-Head series has ever come to Netflix, according to WoNetflix's records dating back to the 2010s, and a surprise given that when they covered the series streaming availability of seasons 1-8 back in 2020, they suggested it was unlikely the series would ever come to Netflix. Of course, the reason was that the series owner, Paramount, was steadily building out its own streaming service and, for the most part, keeping its biggest titles to itself. The streaming wars have since evolved, and we’ve seen many big Paramount+ titles (and titles from its other subsidiaries, including Nickelodeon) licensed to Netflix, often for a few years at a time.

In early 2026, Netflix announced a new deal with Paramount that would bring some of its biggest titles to the streamer, including Watson, SEAL Team, and Mayor of Kingstown. To date, most of those have yet to hit the service, with the first confirmed major title, Lawman: Bass Reeves, touching down on Monday, June 1st.

The only caveat to Beavis and Butt-Head’s previous absence from Netflix is the 1996 movie, Beavis and Butt-Head Do America, which has streamed on Netflix US a number of times over the years, including its most recent stint between 2019 and 2020.
