July 9, 2026 - Diarra wants a hot girl summer, but Detroit has other plans. Today, Paramount+ debuted the trailer and key art for the second season of the critically-acclaimed original series Diarra From Detroit, from creator, writer, executive producer and award-winning actress Diarra Kilpatrick. Premiering Wednesday, July 29, the eight-episode season launches with two episodes, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through September 9.

This summer, Diarra is determined to leave the chaos behind and finally enjoy a little peace. Instead, a routine furniture recovery mission lands her in the middle of a grisly new crime, setting off another wildly unpredictable adventure through Detroit's criminal underworld. As the mystery deepens, she'll go undercover with a secret society, chase buried treasure, and navigate a love life that's every bit as complicated as the case itself


The newly released trailer offers a first look at the bigger mysteries, bolder comedy and even higher stakes awaiting Diarra and her crew in Season 2.

Created by and starring Kilpatrick, Diarra From Detroit returns with DomiNque Perry, Bryan Terrell Clark and Jon Chaffin alongside Shannon Wallace, Phylicia Rashad and Harry Lennix. Season two also features an all-star lineup of guest stars, including Cliff "Method Man" Smith, Morris Chestnut, Glynn Turman, Bokeem Woodbine, Amber Riley, Lil Rel Howery, Lovie Simone, Shoniqua Shandai, Nicco Annan, Skilla Baby, Icewear Vezzo, Chris "CP" Powell and Jude Demorest.

June 29, 2026 – Paramount+ announced the greenlight of a new docuseries chronicling the Texas Tech University football team through one of the most consequential offseasons in the history of the sport, from director and showrunner Micah Brown (Coach Prime, Untold: Sign Stealer). Produced by Skydance Sports, the award-winning, premium content studio, the four- episode docuseries has been in production since January 2026 and is expected to premiere ahead of this year’s college football season.

  • Set in the intense world of college football, the docuseries follows the Texas Tech Red Raiders as Head Coach Joey McGuire builds a new team identity during a demanding offseason.

AHOY DUDE! A Zuma Pirate Adventure: New 'PAW Patrol' Special Announced

Zuma is set to zoom into his own PAW Patrol special!

The fifth PAW Patrol 44-minute special will be titled Ahoy Dude! A Pirate Zuma Adventure, (or Ahoy Dude! A Zuma Pirate Adventure*) it has been revealed!

In AHOY DUDE! A Pirate Zuma Adventure, when Adventure Bay prepares to celebrate a joyous pirate festival, Zuma should be the first one to jump into the water… but after a mistake during a rescue mission, the cheerful Labrador loses his confidence! Determined to prove he can be beyond reproach, he puts aside his humor and playful spirit to become more serious than ever while everyone else is having fun.

But the festive atmosphere turns sour when a real pirate appears, convinced that a fabulous treasure is
hidden in the town, and they're ready to do anything to get it, even if it means causing floods and destruction in his way. Surrounded by the PAW Patrol, Zuma will have to rediscover what makes him strong: his courage, his instinct… and perhaps most importantly, his ability to dive headfirst into action with a smile!

An airdate for AHOY DUDE! A Pirate Zuma Adventure is still to be announced, however, the all new PAW Patrol special is slated to air on TFOU, the kids programming strand of leading French commercial broadcaster TF1 - which first revealed the special - as part of its 2016-2027 programming slate.

AHOY DUDE! A Pirate Zuma Adventure is the latest in a series of five hour-long specials announced last May. Each special centers on a different character from the Paw Patrol universe. In the first special, Valiente: A Tracker Story, pup Tracker and his caretaker, Carlos, recruit Ryder and the rest of the Paw Patrol to take on a new villain. During the holiday season, we followed Rubble in A PAW Patrol Christmas as he saves the holiday when Humdinger tries to take all the gifts from Santa for himself. Then, earlier this year, we saw our favorite mixed-breed Eco pup, Rocky, take the lead in Rocky’s Cat-astrophe, in which Rocky invites junkyard kitten Percy to stay at the Lookout overnight after Mayor Humdinger's scheme goes awry and destroys his home. In June, Everest bound into her own PAW Patrol special, Everest & the Big Chill, which aired on Knowledge Kids in Canada.

A tie-in book for the movie will also be released:

*TFOU has titled the movie as Ahoy Dude! A Pirate Zuma Adventure, whilst the book is titled Ahoy, Dude! A Zuma Pirate Adventure.

Unveiled earlier this month, the new bumpers are based on Nickelodeon's 2023 global "Splat" rebrand, the new bumpers feature messages for the viewer, including "We'll Be Right Splat." De Agostini Editore Reacquires Italian FTA Children's Channel Super! From Paramount

De Agostini Editore has announced that it has reacquired the Italian free-to-air (FTA) children's channel Super! from Paramount.

Launched in 2010 as DeA Super! and renamed Super! in 2012, the channel was developed by De Agostini Editore and grew to become one of the most recognizable brands in children’s entertainment in Italy, thanks to a joint venture signed in 2017 between De Agostini Editore and Paramount (then Viacom). In 2019, Paramount transitioned from a minority shareholder to the sole owner, assuming full control of the channel. Now, after several years under Paramount’s leadership, Super! is once again owned by De Agostini.

Starting Friday 17th July 2026, De Agostini Editore will resume management of the channel, available free-to-air on DTT at channel 47, marking the beginning of a new strategic phase focused on innovation, the promotion of Italian content, and the development of an increasingly integrated media ecosystem dedicated to the younger generations.

The relaunch of Super! is part of the expansion of De Agostini Editore’s Kids & Family division, which already includes the DeAKids and DeAJunior channels, available exclusively on Sky since 2008 and 2012, respectively—as well as extensive experience in the production and distribution of content for children and teens through KidsMe, the group’s children’s content factory launched in 2020.

In the coming months, Super! will be at the center of a major editorial plan that will feature not only the channel’s iconic, long-standing programs but also new content, original productions, digital initiatives, and multiplatform projects, with the goal of further strengthening its relationship with the public and with Italian families.

With the return of Super!, De Agostini Editore consolidates its presence in the children’s entertainment sector and its commitment to creating quality content capable of educating, entertaining, and supporting the growth of the younger generations.

Advertising sales for the channel will be handled by PRS Mediagroup.
