'Monster High 2' Cast Sings 'My Heart Goes Boom Boom Boom' In New Lyric Music Video

Are you ready to head back to Monster High? Based on the iconic product line from Mattel, the spooky mash-up of monsters and singing teens was a huge hit for Nickelodeon and Paramount+ when Monster High: The Movie debuted last year. And to celebrate the upcoming premiere of Monster High 2 later this year, Nickelodeon, Paramount+ and Mattel have released a first listen to the new song “My Heart Goes Boom Boom Boom” from the upcoming live-action sequel!

This is the first taste of the music that will be featured in the movie, and you can now check out the lyric video for the track below, courtesy of Just Jared Jr.!


Featured in the song are stars Miia Harris as Clawdeen Wolf, Case Walker as Deuce Gorgon, Ceci Balagot as Frankie Stein, Nayah Damasen as Draculaura, Jy Prishkulnik as Cleo and Justin Derickson as Heath.

While not much is currently known about the plot of the film, we do know it sees the ghouls and boos returning to Monster High for a new skull year. There’s also going to be a new character introduced – Torelai Stripe!

The upcoming movie musical sequel will be out this fall on Nickelodeon and Paramount+. Monster High: The Movie is currently streaming on Paramount+ and will be released on DVD on August 15!
