Rachel Crow sang her first song (Faith Hill's "Breathe") at 18 months-old and first performed in public at the age of six as part of her school's talent show. Her parents brought her to Los Angeles in 2010 to support her dream of being a performer and she auditioned at age 13 for The X Factor in early 2011. After being chosen as a contestant out of over 100,000 people, she wowed audiences with her powerful voice and bubbly personality. Crow was a top finalist in the competition.

Press Release via PRNewswire/ -- Viacom (NASDAQ: VIA, VIAB) today announced a new Mobile Ad Sales executive team for the Music and Entertainment brands of its Media Networks. Pete Chelala has joined the company as Vice President of Mobile Product and Sales, while Deborah Schlessinger-Brett has been promoted to Vice President of Mobile Sales. Together, Chelala and Schlessinger-Brett will be responsible for developing client solutions that leverage the mobile platforms of MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike and TV Land.

Chelala joins Viacom from The Weather Channel where he worked for the past four years building and selling marketing solutions across the company's mobile platform. Prior to The Weather Channel, Chelala spent three years in the online ad sales at both About.com and Yahoo!. Before moving into ad sales, Chelala worked in production on commercials, music videos and feature films out of Los Angeles.
As Vice President of Mobile Sales, Schlessinger-Brett will be responsible for selling mobile inventory and ad products across the company's Music and Entertainment brands. Viacom Announces $400 Million Debt Offering
