Kira Kosarin Reveals What Happened To Balfour Colosso In 'The Thundermans Return'

With The Thundermans Return, the highly-anticipated feature-length movie based on the hit live-action superhero comedy series, The Thundermans, finally here, fans were wondering what happened Dr. Colosso's son, Balfour, who was absent in the film.

Balfour Colosso

In the lead up to the series finale, The Thundermans introduced Balfour Colosso, Dr. Colosso's son, portrayed by Joey Bragg. Balfour is a former superhero and Z-Force hopeful, however, he later turns into a supervillain and plots revenge on the Thunderman Family after discovering they have imprisoned his father, inadvertently letting Max (Jack Griffo) and Phoebe (Kira Kosarin) discover their twin power. At the end of the episode, Balfour is turned into a bunny like his father.

Although Balfour is missing in the movie, he did actually have a part in the film, which was shot, however, as Kira explains in a new TikTok, the scenes unfortunately ended up on the cutting room floor due to time constraints. In her TikTok, who co-executive produced the movie with Jack, revealed that Balfour's scenes would have featured him going to Bunny College, and hinted that, if the movie receives a sequel or spin-off, we might get to see Balfour again. Kira also reveals some behind-the-scenes secrets about how the Dr. Colosso animatronic puppet is filmed.
