Carlos Alazraqui is Rocko in Rocko’s Modern Life and he is also very well known for his roles on Reno 911, Star Trek: Lower Decks, CatDog, Fairly OddParents, SpongeBob SquarePants, Kamp Koral, Elena of Avalor, and so many more. He also provided the voice for the Taco Bell dog during that iconic commercial campaign.
