Nickelodeon USA Unveils Second "Bella and the Bulldogs" Teaser Trailer
To celebrate Nickelodeon USA starting to premiere and show Nickelodeon's brand-new original comedy series "Bella and the Bulldogs" in January 2015, Nick USA's official website has unveiled the networks latest "Bella and the Bulldogs" teaser trailer titled "Football Dreams!" (1 minute 23 seconds), which NickHeads located in North America can watch here on nick.com/bella!
"Bella and the Bulldogs", formally titled "Bella and the Bullfrogs", follows a perky head cheerleader named Bella (Brec Bassinger, "The Haunted Hathaways") whose life in Texas takes an unexpected twist when she becomes the new quarterback for her school team, the Bullfrogs. Bella is joined by "The Troy" (Coy Stewart, "Are We There Yet?"), the Bullfrogs' dethroned quarterback along with his pint-sized sidekick, Newt (Buddy Handleson, "Wendell & Vinnie"). Rounding out the cast are Lilimar Hernandez as Sophie, Bella's cheerleader best friend: Jackie Radinsky as true southern cowboy, Sawyer; Haley Tju as Pepper; Paul Lacovara as a Referee; Rio Mangini ("See Dad Run") as Ace McFumbles; Evan Roe ("Sam & Cat") as Blake; and Sully Zack as Player #2. The series is written by Gabriel Garza and Jonathan Butler ("The Haunted Hathaways", "Fanboy & Chum Chum"), who were discovered through Nickelodeon's Writing Program. Jeff Bushell will serve as Executive Producer. Nickelodeon has picked up the series for 12 episodes.

TeenNick USA To Premiere Brand-New Drama Series "Open Heart" In January 2015
TeenNick USA, Nickelodeon USA's 24-hour network exclusively for and about teens and tweens, has announced the exciting Nickelodeon News in a post on the networks official blog on TeenNick.com that TeenNick USA will start to premiere and show the brand-new original teen live-action drama series "Open Heart" from January 2015!
"Open Heart" is a all-new thrilling mystery series that follows Dylan Blake, a rebellious daughter in a family of doctors who has to solve one giant family mystery. When a run-in with the law lands Dylan, the rebellious daughter of a fractured family of doctors, community service at Open Heart Memorial Hospital, she uses her volunteer position to investigate the mysterious disappearance of her father. And even though she's surrounded by a family of doctors and good friends, Dylan is determined to unravel the secrets of Open Heart Memorial Hospital all while trying to find her place in the world.
The series stars:
Karis Cameron (Signed, Sealed, Delivered; The Haunting Hour) as Dylan Blake, the gutsy and headstrong heroine who is determined to unravel the mystery that plagues the halls of Open Heart Memorial;
Tori Anderson (The L.A. Complex, Warehouse 13, Flashpoint) as Dr. London Blake, Dylan's brainy older sister and first-year resident;

"Open Heart" is executive produced by Linda Schuyler and Stephen Stohn, Ramona Barckert, Matt Hornburg and Mark Bishop. The series is developed in association with marblemedia, who will be producing a fully integrated interactive digital component to the series. Directors are Stefan Brogren and Samir Rehem. Writers include Ramona Barckert, Chris Pozzebon, Scott Oleszkowicz, Brendan Gall, Brendon Yorke and Barbara Haynes. Production Executives for Corus Entertainment are Jamie Piekarz and Chris Bell and for TeenNick, Kim Powers. The 12 x 30-minute series was commissioned by YTV and TeenNick and is produced by three-time Emmy-nominated production company Epitome Pictures ("Degrassi", "Instant Star", "The L.A.
