This exciting new chapter introduces new character narratives and storytelling, refreshed tone and a brighter visual style—all debuting alongside a new core character: Evie, affectionately nicknamed Baby Pig. Audiences in select markets can watch the new episodes now as part of the Peppa Meets the Baby Cinema Experience, with a broader launch on Nickelodeon on August 4th.
For over 20 years, PEPPA PIG has been the first best friend of preschoolers around the world, inspiring confidence, curiosity and plenty of giggles. Now, the brand is evolving to reflect the realities and rhythms of modern family life—more emotion, more relatability and new dynamics. This evolution introduces stories and characters that resonate more deeply with today’s preschoolers and their parents without changing what people already love about the show.
The refresh comes to life through relatable new narratives, subtle visual updates and a reimagined theme song and opening sequence celebrating Peppa’s growing family. Key elements include:
• The introduction of Evie, officially joining the family in new episodes that begin premiering on Nickelodeon, Monday-Thursday for two weeks beginning Aug. 4, at 9 a.m. (ET/PT)

Told from Peppa’s perspective, each episode encourages learning through play and inspires kids to embrace life’s big and small adventures with the warmth, humor and heart families know and love.
This marks the first time the show has updated Peppa’s core family unit—an iconic change reflected in the brand-new opening sequence and theme song. The addition of Evie introduces an experience familiar to many young viewers: welcoming a new sibling and navigating the joyful, and sometimes challenging, changes that come with it.

BURBANK, Calif.–July 7, 2025–Preschoolers will set off on epic intergalactic adventures, as Nickelodeon readies brand-new animated preschool series, Tim Rex in Space, for launch on Monday, Aug. 4. Marking the brand’s first global co-production with Channel 5’s Milkshake!, Tim Rex in Space will premiere for three consecutive weeks, Monday-Thursday, at 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon and encore at 6:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on the Nick Jr. channel. The series airs on Nickelodeon channels internationally and on Milkshake! in the U.K.
Tim Rex in Space follows a Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex) named Tim, his big brother Tommy, little sister Tia, and triceratops bestie Kai, as they tackle kid-shaped adventures with dino-sized solutions in space. Tim and his family live in a unique world comprised of a cluster of asteroids that make up the town of Rumbleton--a quintessential 21st century suburban town, with each asteroid hosting family homes, cafés, shops, parks, and even a beach. All asteroids are connected by a network of slides, ziplines and trampolines, but can also easily be reached on a quick rocket ride.

NEW YORK, July 8, 2025 -- Nickelodeon has added the hit animated series Unicorn Academy™ and Vida the Vet™, from Spin Master Entertainment, to its programming lineup beginning July. This marked the series' respective linear debuts in the U.S.--Unicorn Academy on Nickelodeon and Vida the Vet on the Nick Jr. channel.
The fantasy-adventure series Unicorn Academy follows Sophia and her classmates at a magical boarding school on Unicorn Island, where they must bond with their unicorns to unlock their magical powers. The students must protect the island and its magic while also navigating the challenges of friendships, rivalries, and teen life. Episodes from the first season of Unicorn Academy will continue to roll out for four consecutive weeks on Sundays at 9 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.
Vida the Vet centers on 10-year-old Vida, a passionate and curious animal lover who has always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. When her family relocates from a bustling city to the tranquil town of Sweetwood, Vida's dream becomes a reality. With endless compassion and an adventurous spirit, Vida helps animals of all shapes and sizes, proving that empathy and kindness can make a world of difference. Season one episodes of Vida the Vet will continue to air Monday-Thursday at 10 a.m. (ET/PT) on the Nick Jr. channel for the month of July.

Update (7/29):Vida the Vet has been renewed for season two! It's currently unknown whether the season season with air on Nickelodeon, however, the rights to the sophomore season of the popular animated series have already been sold to SVT in Sweden, HOP in Israel, ABC in Australia, BBC's CBeebies in the UK, and Corus' Treehouse in Canada.
