2015 HALO Awards Honoree Spotlight: Ruchita Zaparde, "Sew A Future"

Ruchita Zaparde, 18, Plainsboro, N.J. has been named a 2015 Nickelodeon HALO Awards (Help and Lead Others) Honoree for her inspirational work with the non-profit organization Sew a Future, which provides sewing machines to widows with young children in rural India. After a family trip to India exposed Ruchita to the plight of widows and the difficulties they faced, she started Sew A Future to help those women achieve financial stability by becoming seamstresses. Zaparde identifies widows in need in India, delivers sewing machines and supplies, and connects the kids who are fundraising in the U.S. to the recipients. Over 200 families have been raised out of poverty with the gift of a sewing machine, thanks to the fundraising efforts of over 1400 students in 30 states. 2015 HALO Awards Honoree Spotlight: Ethan Cruikshank, "Music To My Ears"

16-Year Old Mechanicsville, Virginia native Ethan Cruikshank is one of the inspirational recipient's of the 2015 Nickelodeon HALO Awards for his work in the community. A guitar player since the age of seven, Ethan was inspired to start "Music to My Ears", a non-profit that recruits skilled musicians from middle schools and high schools, when he was just 10 years-old after his school cut music education funding.

Since then, Cruikshank's music program has helped over 100 kids across four states by providing free music lessons through volunteer teachers and distributing instruments to those who can't afford them. Nickelodeon Greece To Premiere "Splitting Adam" On Sunday 29th November 2015

Nickelodeon Greece has announced the exciting news on their official website, nickelodeon.gr, that Nickelodeon Greece will premiere the brand-new Nickelodeon Original Movie "Splitting Adam", locally titled "Ο Άλλος Μου Εαυτός", on Sunday 29th November 2015 at 15:15!

In Nick's all-new film, "Splitting Adam", Adam Baker (Jace Norman, "Henry Danger") is the busiest 15-year-old you'll ever meet! Between juggling multiple jobs, babysitting his sister, and helping Uncle Magic Mitch perfect his magic act, his summer schedule is jam-packed. And that leaves little room for flirting with his dream girl, Lori (Isabela Moner, "100 Things To Do Before High School"). But after accidentally stumbling into his uncle's mysterious "tanning bed", Adam learns the answer to all of his problems – multiple Adams! With his new collection of clones, Adam is hopping on one wild ride with an epic splash! However, the situation soon spirals out of control when Adam starts feeling weak and learns that if he doesn't merge the clones back into himself, they could all be destroyed—including him! "Splitting Adam" also stars Jack Griffo ("The Thundermans") as Vance Hansum, Amarr M.
