Paramount has announced the lineup of movies, TV shows, and live sports coming to Paramount+ in January. The Paramount Plus January 2026 schedule includes fresh stories, returning fan favorites, live sports access, and a mountain of movies to explore.
Epic adventures await when the highly-anticipated Star Trek: Starfleet Academy premieres on Thursday, January 15, introducing a new generation of cadets navigating ambition, friendship, and looming threats in the beloved Star Trek universe.

January also delivers several suspense-filled series, including the highly anticipated return of School Spirits with three new episodes dropping Wednesday, January 28. New series Girl Taken (Thursday, January 8), based on the novel Baby Doll by Hollie Overton, is a gripping drama about twin sisters who are torn apart when one is abducted.
The tension rises with Coldwater* (Friday, January 9), a six-episode psychological thriller starring Andrew Lincoln and Ewen Bremner, exploring how an ordinary man spirals into extraordinary danger.
