Update (6/2) - Paramount+ has pushed the date back a bit, with Teen Titans GO! To the Movies now expected to land on the streaming service on Monday, June 9!
In Teen Titans GO! To the Movies, when the Teen Titans go to the big screen, they go big! It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies—everyone but the Teen Titans, that is! But de facto leader Robin is determined to be seen as a star instead of a sidekick. With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream. But when the group is sidetracked by a seriously super villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!
Based on the hit animated series Teen Titans Go!, which gives viewers the chance to watch what life is like for super teens Robin, Cyborg, Starfire, Raven and Beast Boy when their capes are left at home, Teen Titans GO! To the Movies was originally released in theaters in 2018, and it's addition to Paramount+'s film library comes as a sequel is reportedly in the works.
It may come as a surprise that Paramount+ is adding a Warner Bros. movie to its library, however, content sharing between streamers is nothing new. Last October, Paramount+ added a raft of Scooby-Doo animated movies for Halloween, and Max has previously added The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
