This follows the film’s release in select theaters via Paramount’s Republic Pictures this past April, which came after its premiere at the 2024 Tribeca Festival.
Directed by Tiffany Paulsen, the filmmaker behind titles like Holidate and About Fate, Winter Spring Summer or Fall follows Remi (Ortega) and Barnes (White), two very different teens who meet by chance in the winter of their senior year and spend four transformative days together across the seasons.
In Winter Spring Summer or Fall, Remi has her future figured out – Harvard in the fall, making her parents proud, and following the path she’s always expected to take.
Then she meets Barnes, who lives for the moment and makes her question everything.
As their love story unfolds through the summer, Remi faces a choice – stick to the plan she’s always known or risk it all for a life she never saw coming?
The movie’s cast also includes Marisol Nichols (Riverdale) as Carmen, Elias Kacavas (My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3) as P.J., Adam Rodriguez (Criminal Minds) as Javier, and Jacqueline Emerson (The Hunger Games) as Robyn.
Tiffany Paulsen directed from a script by Dan Schoffer. The producers include Josh Shader, Brad Krevoy, and David Wulf. Kaan Karahan, Jimmy Townsend, Lorenzo Nardini, Amanda Phillips, and Tiffany Paulsen are the executive producers, Motion Picture Corporate of America and Wall Fly are the flick's production companies.
Jake Relic is the supervising producer, Graham Robbins is the cinematographer, Gabe Jessop is the production designer, and Simon Davidson is the editor.
The music supervision is by Mike Turner, the music by Zac Rae, the costume design by Alyson Hancey, and the casting by Kendra Shay Clark, CSA, and Helen Geier, CSA.
The pic has been rated R by the Motion Picture Association (MPA) for teen drug and alcohol use and brief language.
The film arrives as Paramount+ continues to expand its rom-com collection, featuring beloved classics like Clueless, Mean Girls (2004 and 2024), She’s All That, The Switch, Miss Congeniality, and Adventureland, alongside recent hits like The Lost City, The Friend, Love and Monsters, What Happens Later, and more.
