No screen is too big, no launch is too small. A PAW Patrol Christmas, the latest festive special from the Paramount kids brand, is getting a limited international cinema release.

The 44-minute special, which will feature original and classic holiday songs and a story following construction-savvy pup Rubble, will launch in over 3,600 theaters across 17 countries and territories outside the U.S. Nickelodeon, Paramount+, Paramount Pictures and Spin Master have teamed for the stunt.

The rollout begins next week (Thursday, October 30), before the special then lands on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ where those services are available.

Furthermore, a bonus 11-minute episode of the beloved CG-animated preschool series is being packaged into the cinema stunt. It will also then launch on Nick and Paramount+ at a later date. PAW Patrol producer Spin Master Entertainment is producing.

Per the synopsis, A PAW Patrol Christmas sees PAW Patrol member Rubble looking forward to Santa bringing him a new laser drill, but finding that Santa has come down with a cold and can’t deliver any presents. When Mayor Humdinger decides he’s going to the North Pole to take all the gifts for himself, it’s up to the PAW Patrol to stop him.

The animated episode is to be the first PAW Patrol special to broadcast on CBS. It is set to broadcast on the network on Friday, November 28 at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT), and is part of a previously announced slate of original hour-long PAW Patrol specials, each centering on a different pup, which began rolling out this fall with Valiente: A Tracker Story earlier this month. The remaining specials will air on Nickelodeon in 2026, along with all new Season 12 episodes of PAW Patrol.

In the bonus episode, “A Jr. Patrollers’ Christmas,” the Jr. Patrollers are tricked into helping Mayor Humdinger steal everyone’s stockings at a Christmas Eve sleepover so he can get all the presents. The episode premiered on Nickelodeon in the U.S. last December.
