Nickelodeon has received several nominations in the 2026 Kidscreen Awards, which honors the best children's media over the last year!

In the PROGRAMMING - KIDS categories, Nickelodeon's brand new animated series Wylde Pak (Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Jam Filled Entertainment) has been nominated for the "Best New Series" award, The Thundermans: Undercover (Nickelodeon Productions, Paramount Productions, DWorkingham Productions, Maple Thunder Productions) has been nominated for "Best Live-Action Series", and The Loud House Halloween special “Close Encounters of the Nerd Kind” (Nickelodeon Animation Studios, Jam Filled Entertainment) has been nominated for "Best Holiday or Special Episode".
Meanwhile, actor Samantha Lorraine has been nominated for the "Best Acting" award in the "CREATIVE TALENT AND PERFORMANCE" category for portraying Nickelodeon's iconic heroine Dora the Explorer in the live-action movie, Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado (Nickelodeon Studios, Burr! Productions, Media Rights Capital).
Additionally, Gabby's Dollhouse, the DreamWorks Animation series that streams on Netflix and airs on Nick Jr., has also garnered three nominations in the 2026 Kidscreen Awards: The series has been nominated for "Best Mixed-Media Series" in the PROGRAMMING - PRESCHOOL categories, with Gabby’s Dollhouse Official (The Gang) being nominated in the DIGITAL - KIDS categories for "Best Roblox Experience", and actor Laila Lockhart Kraner nominated for "Best Acting" in the "CREATIVE TALENT AND PERFORMANCE" category for her portrayal of the titular character in the preschool series.
All of the nominees in the 2026 Kidscreen Awards will move on to a final round of judging before the winners are announced and celebrated live at a special awards ceremony to be held during Kidscreen Summit 2026 (Sunday, February 22 to Wednesday, February 25) in San Diego.
