In 'The Max of Life', Max is missing the superhero fame and fans he used to have before going undercover, but discovers that Booch is a local celebrity thanks to her sandwich-stacking record at Splat by the Sea. Jealous of her autograph-seeking fans and the sandwich named for her on the menu, Max decides to break her record and capture the glory for himself. Despite Chloe begging him not to displace her friend, Max breaks the record and reaps the rewards. When Chloe sees that Booch is upset that she no longer has the record or a sandwich on the menu she can eat, Chloe trains to beat Max's new record and make things right for Booch. Meanwhile, Jinx claims his everlasting servitude to Phoebe after she saves him from an accident.
