According to Nickelodeon UK's brand new "One Direction Hosts Brand New Big Time Rush - Big Time Strike" promo/trailer (below with a transcript), the
fifth brand new episode of the hit Nickelodeon live action series "
Big Time Rush" that Nick UK will
premiere on Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon HD UK in
March 2012 will be the brand new BTR episode called "Big Time Strike" on
Saturday 31st March 2012 at 5:30pm (repeated at 6.30pm on Nickelodeon UK's plus one (+1) timeshift channel Nick Replay UK).
To celebrate Nickelodeon UK and Ireland and Nickelodeon UK HD premiering
the brand new episode of "Big Time Rush" titled "Big Time Strike", the brand new BTR episode will be hosted by the UK-Irish boy band "One Direction" (which consists of band members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson), who will present the brand new "Big Time Rush" episode in a similar way the British boy band hosted Saturday nights on Nickelodeon USA throughout March 2012.
Their music has made One Direction a worldwide phenomenon.
Now it's Nickelodeon is the place to be for 1D when they host brand new Big Time Rush!

In the brand new episode of "Big Time Rush" called "Big Time Strike", the 'Big Time Rush' boys take a "striking it to the man" stand against Gustavo Rocque (Stephen Kramer Glickman) and refrain from recording a new song for their follow-up album because of his harsh management style (such as electric shocks). With the help of Katie Knight (Ciara Bravo), the boys write a list of requests (such as ice-cream machines and hot tubs) to Gustavo in exchange for ending their strike, but Gustavo doesn't accept their demands, so the conflict continues. Meanwhile, Gustavo tries to hold auditions to get a new band to sing the song and modify the vocals to sound like 'Big Time Rush. However the BTR boys fend them off from the studio. Will the guys call it quits or will they put down the picket signs and pick up their microphones? Meanwhile, Jennifer Knight (Kendall Knight's (Kendall Schmidt) Mother; Challen Cates) is also striking because Katie says being a Mom is an easy job, which leaves Katie to do all the household chores. "Big Time Strike" also features the musical performances of Big Time Rush's songs "Superstar" and "The Giant Turd Song".
