Premiering August 7 at 11 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon, “The Crew Does a Home Renovation” follows Mix and Rubble as their favorite TV renovation star, Hank Hammer, comes to see them at work.

Drew Scott as Hank Hammer in Rubble & Crew

Voiced by Scott, Hank Hammer is a construction guru and the charismatic host of a popular home renovation show. He makes sure his clients are 100% satisfied with the job and always asks “Do you love it, or do you love it!?” Whether he’s fixing shingles on a roof or helping the pups move an entire house across town, he always gets the job done! Check out a PAWsome sneak peek below!

Produced by Spin Master Entertainment, Rubble & Crew marks the first television spinoff for preschool powerhouse PAW Patrol, which will celebrate its milestone 10th anniversary on August 12.

Rubble & Crew – “The Crew Does a Home Renovation”

Set in the community of Builder Cove, a neighboring town to PAW Patrol’s Adventure Bay, Rubble & Crew centers on Rubble, the funny and optimistic leader of the construction crew. In the small, quickly growing town, lots of things are still needed for the community to come together. Rubble and his construction pup family — his pup cousins Mix, Wheeler, Charger, Motor, along with Grandpa Gravel and Auntie Crane — must work together to tackle and build all the projects the town needs.

Nickelodeon and Spin Master Entertainment recently announced they are doubling down on PAW Patrol in its 10th anniversary year with season renewals of the top-rated preschool series and spinoff Rubble & Crew. The award-winning PAW Patrol has been greenlit for an 11th season (26 half-hour episodes), while Rubble & Crew has been renewed for season two (26 half-hour episodes).

The 10-year milestone celebration will culminate on Friday, September 29, when PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie brings the pups back to the big screen for an exclusive theatrical release. From Spin Master Entertainment, Nickelodeon Movies and Paramount Pictures, the CGI-animated film will feature new voice talents, including Mckenna Grace, Taraji P. Henson, Christian Convery, Ron Pardo, Lil Rel Howery, Chris Rock, Serena Williams, Alan Kim, Brice Gonzalez, North West, Saint West, Christian Corrao, Luxton Handspiker, Nylan Parthipan, Callum Shoniker, James Marsden, Kristen Bell and Finn Lee-Epp, alongside returning cast members Marsai Martin, Ron Pardo and Kim Kardashian.

Have big Rubble & Crew fans in your family? Enjoy some interactive play with their favorite characters with the Rubble & Crew Bark Yard Playset. The preschool-friendly set is based on the pups’ construction yard and comes with Kinetic Build-It Sand, four molds, interchangeable tools, and a Rubble vehicle and pup figure. Encouraging open-ended sensory play for preschool-aged kids, the toy set features lights, sounds, music, and phrases from the popular spin-off series. Snag a set for your littles at Target.

Plankton Joins The Battle In 'Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2'

Quick, hide the Krabby Patty secret formula!

Plankton in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2

Plankton has been revealed as one of the new fighters coming to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2!

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 just had its big gameplay debut at EVO 2023 and, beyond revealing some of the new mechanics that are coming to the game, a brand-new fighter was also confirmed - Plankton from SpongeBob SquarePants. Plankton might seem like a strange pick considering his size, but he fittingly fights in a mech suit that's decked out with a bunch of gadgets.

As you can see from the gameplay video shared by YouTuber GamersPrey, Plankton fights using a big mech suit that lets him tower above SpongeBob and Patrick. His moveset appears to consist of using ketchup bottles, his massive mech fists, a hovering head that acts like a glider, and a whole ton of explosions. It looks like size isn't going to be an issue for Plankton anymore. He can shoot projectiles straight ahead or up from the sauce bottles on his arm, and he's also shown to have a charge attack, propeller recovery, and what looks to be a command grab.

Plankton's reveal trailer features Mr. Krabs' rival piloting a mech suit before putting a beating on his opponents using ketchup-based attacks, his wife Karen (who also happens to be a computer), and lasers. You can still see — and hear — the aquatic microorganism as he barks threats and steers his mech using its antennae. Plankton's inclusion in the game lends further cadence to a supposed leak that predicted his inclusion in the game as one of its new combatants.

Set to release sometime later this year, this sequel promises to fix some of the original's biggest issues, like the game's lack of voice acting and relatively shallow mechanics compared to other titans of the genre like Super Smash Bros., Rivals of Aether, and Multiversus.

As part of EVO's Industry Showcase, publisher Game Mill Entertainment and developers Ludosity and Fairplay Labs also teamed up with Juan "Hungrybox" DeBiedma to break down some of the new mechanics that are being added to the upcoming platform fighter. The breakdown revealed some groundbreaking new mechanics, including overhauls to All-Star Brawl's shielding and dodging mechanics, as well as the new Slime Meter.

Nick Brawl 2 now includes a Slime meter with three stocks that is used for a multitude of new options including enhanced EX specials,

Hearkening back to Nickelodeon's iconic green goo, characters are able to build up their slime meter by attacking their opponents or taking damage before using it to augment any number of moves. Players can use Slime to extend dodges, escape combos, strengthen special attacks, or unleash a super move. New Slime Meter moves include Slime Burst, Slime Canceling, and Slime air dash.

While the game doesn't currently have a firm release date, we're likely to hear more about it in the coming weeks, since it's supposed to come out later this year.
