地図にも載っていない謎の島にたどり着いたパウ・パトロールたち。なんとそこは巨大な恐竜たちが住むダイノ・アイランドだった！初めは恐竜たちに驚き必死に逃げていたものの、次第に心優しい彼らと打ち解けあい、島の美しい大自然を駆け抜けて楽しむパウ・パトロールたち。しかし、そんな夢のような時間もつかの間、突如島の火山が大噴火し恐竜たちに危険が及ぶ緊急事態に！？絶体絶命、文字通り“ダイノサイズ”な大ピンチに直面した彼らは、この危機をパウっと解決できるのか！
