Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge’s Dimension Shellshock DLC Launches Today on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox Consoles
PARIS (August 31, 2023) -Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge’s DLC Dimension Shellshock, under license from Paramount Consumer Products, is available today across all platforms, courtesy publisher Dotemu and developer Tribute Games. The 1 million+ selling game’s DLC ($7.99) brings the new Survival Mode alongside all-new playable fighters in the razor-sharp Miyamoto Usagi and brutally agile Karai to PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
The far-out new Survival Mode in today’s DLC introduces collectible crystals that allow you to jump from dimension to dimension, with each world featuring its own unique look and feel. Level up and grow stronger through runs across dimensions - and when you die after having collected enough crystals, unlock a new life, ninja power bars, Radical Mode and extra hit points. Fight well enough and you’ll earn the ability to skip dimensions, and Dimension Shellshock will come complete with flashy new character colors for players to show their style.
Also joining the cast today are two all-new playable characters:
Miyamoto Usagi, who fans will recognize as the star samurai of his beloved comic book series, Usagi Yojimbo and a fan-favorite ally to the Turtles, seen in previous cameos across the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series and action figure releases.
Karai, an outlaw from the Foot Clan and one of the Turtles’ most fearsome foes, unleashing her lightning-fast moves as a powerful ally.

Nickelodeon UK is celebrating 30 years of being on our TV screens, and to mark the occasion, Nickelodeon partnered with 3D street artist Joe Hill to unveil a piece of Slime filled street art in London!
Fans could visit the Nickelodeon artwork, featuring a river of Nickelodeon's iconic green slime as well as iconic Nickelodeon characters Chuckie from the Rugrats, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Raphael from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at Hawley Wharf near Camden Market, a short distance from Paramount Global's London HQ, on Thursday 31st August 2023, where it was on display up until 3pm.
A brand-new, retro-styled Rugrats video game has been announced!
Titled Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland, the game is "a baby-fresh take on retro-inspired gameplay-featuring a unique cooperative design, where kids and parents need to stick together to win! A baby's gotta do what a baby's gotta do," according to the game's official description. "Everyone's favorite babies are back in action! When Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil see a commercial for the new Reptar video game, they pretend that they're in a video game of their own! Through the power of imagination, the babies transform Tommy's house into a video game world full of action, excitement, and adventure!"

According to the game’s description, it will feature “puzzle platforming combining beloved gameplay from the NES era with modem game design”.
It will also feature both single-player and 2-player co-op modes, and will include “cameos of beloved characters from the TV show”.
While the version on PC and modern consoles will be able to run the NES-style version of the game, it will also include an HD graphics option, which obviously doesn’t feature on the NES version. This replaces the NES sprites with hand-drawn characters and backgrounds, in the style of the actual animated series.
Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is being developed by Wallride Games and The MIX Games, and is the first title from a multi-game partnership between The MIX Games and Paramount. The MIX Games will publish fresh neo-retro games with classic mechanics built for today’s gamers both independently and in collaboration with awesome creative teams. The team also has games in different genres and original titles in development, and will support these multiplatform experiences throughout development, including financial, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing efforts. To help deliver a unique experience, launches from The MIX Games will feature limited edition hardware systems and collectibles through its longtime partnership with Limited Run Games, including funding contributions from Limited Run for initial releases.
Wallride Games previously released beat ’em up Jay & Silent Bob: Mall Brawl (also on both NES and modern systems).
Rugrats: Adventures in Gameland is planned for a 2024 launch, and will be available on PC and consoles. The game will be sold both physically and digitally.
The title will be playable for the first time at this year's PAX East.
