NECA's 1/4-scale action figures from the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie include two of the Turtles - Raphael and Donatello - and their foes, Shredder and the Foot Soldier. Each figure comes with accessories based on the film (including pizza for the Turtles) and features interchangeable hands.
