Young viewers and families on Netflix are getting ready for more ♫sunny days♬ as Volume 2 of the revamped Sesame Street arrives on the streamer. Along with the new episodes (4 x 30′), there’s plenty of fun to be had with the neighborhood gang across social media platforms.

Vol. 2 Logline: Magical dragons, flying bikes and more! The fun-loving Sesame Street friends grow caring hearts and curious minds while embracing their imaginations.
The series is produced by Sesame Workshop and executive produced by Sal Perez. The new head writer Halcyon Person, an Emmy, Humanitas, and NAACP Award-nominated TV maker who’s worked as a writer, director, and producer for everything from preschool to late night. She was the head writer and co-executive producer of Karma’s World (2021) and Dee & Friends in Oz (2024) on Netflix.

New to the neighborhood are collaborations with One Piece, as the live-action series’ star Iñaki Godoy pops by in a special social media video to see Elmo’s costume inspired by Luffy and teach the meaning of “nakama.” Season 2 of One Piece sets sail Tuesday, March 10 on Netflix!
Godoy also demonstrated a new TikTok filter on the Netflix Family account which helps users find out which lovable Sesame Street character they are! To use the filter, visit @netflixfamily, click the magic wand to access the filters, tap “Sesame on Netflix” and let the magic begin.

Guess who else paid a visit to the famous street? Pop icon Miley Cyrus! Hannah Montana herself joined Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby and more for live-action/animated performance of “Just Imagine,” available to watch on the @netflixfamily Instagram page.
Plus, Sesame Street fans can enjoy the ASMR vocal stylings of Morgan Freeman as he narrates Elmo and Abby drawing dinosaurs. The craft project is inspired by the new Netflix docuseries The Dinosaurs, also narrated by the inimitable Mr. Freeman, available to watch now.
