Homes Under the Hammer's Lucy Alexander recently shocked fans when she shared a photo from her days on Nickelodeon’s NickALive! for Throwback Thursday and gushed over her co-stars, calling them the “original crew”!
Lucy Alexander looked unrecognisable in a throwback picture shared on Instagram with her 14.2 million followers.
Former Homes Under The Hammer star told fans: “Throwback Thursday #Nickleodon #originalcrew.”
In the snap, Lucy beamed for the camera as she placed a tender arm on her co-stars shoulder.
Wearing a stripped jumper and black sweat pants, Lucy epitomised the classic 90’s fashion of that era.
The 47-year-old presenter, who got her start on a Burger King advertisement and who presented on NickALive! between 1994 and 1995, sported dark brown hair, a huge contrast to her now bleach blonde mane.
The sweet image seemed to bring back positive childhood memorises for many of her fans, with some sharing them in the comment section.
One person wrote: “I met you and had pictures taken with you outside the Trocadero studio when I was seven. I’m 33 this year and still vividly remember it!”
Another said: “I remember all these presenters from when we watched hours and hours of Sister Sister.”
A third added: “God I remember that like yesterday.”
Even Celebrity Juice presenter Keith Lemon pitched in, writing: “I remember you back then.”
Lucy cheekily replied: “@keithlemon still waiting for my invite onto your show.”
The mother-of-two hosted BBC series Homes Under the Hammer for 13 years until she was replaced with Martel Maxwell in 2017.
“It’s with a huge heavy heart I’m stepping down, it’s not the outcome I wanted but to purse other work and a commercial deal I had to leave,” she tweeted in 2016.

About Blue's Clues (UK):
Step into the colourful, animated storybook world of Blue's Clues - where everyday objects come alive and young viewers are invited to help finish the day's adventures. Kevin, the live action host, and his puppy Blue interact with viewers as they investigate, discover, solve puzzles and play games whilst collecting clues to find the answers to a new question every day.
Blue's Clues isn't just a programme kids watch - it's a think-along and play-along experience! Blue's Clues storylines promote learning through participation. This innovative show challenges the active minds of kids, builds their self-esteem and makes them laugh! It has kids learning whilst they play.
Presented by Kevin Duala, the locally produced UK edition of Blue's Clues was based on the US version hosted by Steve Burns and Donovan Patton. Although most parts of the original US version were kept, some aspects were changed for a British audience, such as "Mail Time", which became "Post Time" in the UK, with the songs lyrics changed to reflect the new name, and characters such as Pail, Shovel and Mailbox were renamed as their British equivalents, Bucket, Spade and Postbox, respectively. Additionally, the shows animated characters, such as Mr. Salt, Mrs. Pepper, Postbox (Mailbox), Sidetable Drawer, Snail, Bucket (Pail), and Spade (Shovel) were dubbed with British accents, and British kids were used for the off-screen audience, to give the show a localised feel.
In the UK version of Blue's Clues, Kevin wears a green striped shirt and tan trousers. Later in the series, Kevin wears Joe's square shirts, with the main difference of them being Rugby style instead of T-Shirts.
Blue's Clues was created by Angela Santomero, Todd Kessler, and Traci Paige Johnson, who combined concepts from child development and early-childhood education with innovative animation and production techniques that helped their viewers learn.
Blue's Clues premiered on Nickelodeon USA on Sunday, September 8, 1996 in the USA, and launched on Nickelodeon UK in January 1997 as part of the channels relaunched Nick Jr. preschool programming block. In the US, Blue's Clues aired for 141 episodes over six seasons between September 8, 1996 – August 6, 2006, and spawned the spin-off series Blue's Room, which unfortunately never aired in the UK.
Blue's Clues UK wasn't the only localised version of Nickelodeon's popular preschool series. A Portuguese version titled Pistas da Blue, hosted by Duarte Gomes, was produced in 2004, and a Korean version, hosted by HyunShup Shin, was also produced. Kevin and HyunShup also appeared in the Blue's Clue's special Behind the Clues 10 Years With Blue.

About Bruno the Kid:
Bruno the Kid follows the adventures of Bruno, a 11-year-old boy who becomes a top spy for a secret espionage organisation, travelling the world looking to sort out criminals and other assorted types of evil. The organization, named Globe, contacts Bruno via his computer and a special gadget watch, and are completely unaware of their top spy's youthfulness, as he hides behind a computer simulated avatar of a full grown man (in the image of Bruce Willis).
The members of Globe that Bruno works with in person, such as Jarlesburg and Harris, are unaware that Globe does not know Bruno's actual age, and assume that the organisation must know what they are doing sending the boy into dangerous situations.
Each episode features Bruno managing to live a double-life without his parents' or friends’, including Missy, knowledge. In one episode, he tells his parents that he is camping in the garden and he sets up a torch to project a fake silhouette of himself onto the side of the tent, so that it looks like he is inside it. Meanwhile, with an alibi set up, Bruno will be out saving the world, or foiling a major heist with the aid of his British spy partner Jarlesburg. In another episode, one of Bruno's classmates caught Bruno on camera in the process of carrying out a spy mission, and tried to blackmail him; however, Bruno erased the video tape and his secret was safe: his classmate was unable to expose him. Later in the series, Jarlesburg quits being Bruno's partner, after hesitating to fire a weapon in fear that he'll hit Bruno. Bruno objects to Jarley quitting the team. Jarley eventually came to his senses and returned to being Bruno's partner. He apologized to Bruno for quitting. In the course of each mission, they usually meet Harris (a spoof of the character 'Q' in the James Bond books and films) who supplies Bruno with gadgets which Bruno usually finds a use for later on in the episode.
Bruno the Kid features the voices of Bruce Willis as Bruno, Tony Jay (Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends) as Jarlesburg, Mark Hamill (Star Wars, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Harris, Jennifer Hale (The Legend of Korra, Winx Club: Enchantix, T.U.F.F. In the United States, Bruno the Kid aired on BKN, Bruno the Kid ran for 36 episodes over one season between September 1996-September 1997. In the UK, Bruno the Kid aired on Nickelodeon UK between 1996-1999. The series also spawned a movie, Bruno the Kid: The Animated Movie, in 1996.
As well as voicing the title character, Willis is one of the executive producers and also co-wrote and sang the theme song for the show with his band, Bruno and the Accelerators.
Bruno the Kid is produced by Film Roman Productions, in association Nickelodeon UK and Taurus Film Gmbh & Co, executive produced by Phil Roman (Grimmy, Rugrats and The Simpsons) and Bruce Willis, developed by Lane Reichert and written by Chris Webb. About Cardcaptors:
Meet Sakura Kinomoto - she's an ordinary girl, in an extraordinary world! A world of magic, mystery and mayhem as she struggles to recapture the legendary Clow Cards, which each have a power all their own!
Sakura is an elementary school student who discovers that she possesses magical powers after accidentally freeing a set of magical cards from the book they had been sealed in for years. She is then tasked with retrieving those cards in order to avoid an unknown catastrophe from befalling the world.
Sakura can use the cards she's already captured to help her in her quest to capture more - and she's got a little extra help too, in the form of Keroberos - Kero for short - the guardian of the cards. He's always on hand to give advice - whether it's wanted or not!
It's not as simple as it looks, though, because Sakura has competition. The new kid in town, Li, is also collecting the Clow Cards, and he thinks he's a lot better at it than Sakura is. Even so, when Li and Sakura get together, the Clow Cards have nowhere to hide!
CardCaptors premiered on Nickelodeon UK in 2001. The series is based on a Japanese animated series ('anime') called Cardcaptor Sakura ((カードキャプターさくら, Kādokyaputā Sakura), which was created by an all-female team of writers and artists known as 'Clamp'. Clamp have created lots of Japan's best-known animated series, comics, and graphic novels.
Card Captor Sakura the TV series was itself based on best-selling comics and graphic novels (known as 'manga') of the same name. It was a big hit both in Japan, where it was serialized in Nakayoshi, and around the world, with children and adults alike. A sequel by Clamp titled Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Edition focusing on Sakura in junior high school began serialization in Nakayoshi with the July 2016 issue. An anime television series adaptation of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Edition has been announced for January 2018.
In the US, Madman Entertainment released Cardcaptor Sakura in its uncut form in two DVD collection boxes in September 2012 and November 2012. NIS America re-released the entire series on DVD and Blu-ray in August 2014, featuring Japanese audio and an unedited English dub.
Cardcaptor Sakura is directed by Morio Asaka and animated and produced by Madhouse.
The original Card Captor Sakura anime TV series ran for 70 episodes over three seasons between 1998-2001. The North America dub by Nelvana ran for 39 episodes, which were heavily edited and reordered, with some episodes left out completely.
Potentially controversial material was removed, and the series was refocused to be more action oriented to try to appeal to male viewers, as they were seen as the largest audience of animation at the time. Cardcaptors first aired in the United States on Kids' WB between June 17, 2000 and December 14, 2001. In the Kids' WB broadcast, the first episode aired was "Sakura's Rival", the eighth episode of the series, having removed episodes focusing on Sakura and to have the show start with Syaoran Li's arrival. The series ran for 39 episodes, changing the original episode order but finishing with the show's actual final episode. In Nelvana's airing of the series in the United Kingdom in 2001 on Nickelodeon and CITV, the skipped episodes were restored, but other edits remained.
Cardcaptors dub, including the episodes skipped in the North American broadcast, also aired in Australia on Network Ten and Cartoon Network (with an English cover of the first opening theme instead of the American one), in Ireland on RTÉ Network 2, and in Canada on Teletoon (which also aired the episodes with a French dub). Animax created an English dub of the series as well, which it broadcast on its English-language networks in Southeast Asia and South Asia. The series was broadcast under its original name in Latin America and Spain.
Some of the character names in CardCaptors are slightly different from the original Japanese series - for example, Sakura's best friend Madison was originally called 'Tomoyo', and Julian Star was originally 'Yukito.'

Nickelodeon UK & Ireland has rebranded The Splat, Nickelodeon's online destination for the most loved Nick content from the 1990s and beyond, as NickSplat! The rebrand follows Nick USA rebranding the US version of The Splat as NickSplatearlier this month.
Nickelodeon's NickSplat logo uses a similar design as the networks' The Splat logo, with a few minor differences: The logo now features Nickelodeon's 2009-era 'Nick' logo; the orange "splat" is now shaped differently, based on a 1990's Nickelodeon logo; and the "S" is no longer larger than the rest of the letters in the logo. The new name and logo directly identifies the initiative with the Nickelodeon brand.
Fans can rest assured, however, that the only difference between NickSplat and The Splat is the new name, and that its the same Splat, which will continue to dive deep into Nickelodeon's rich archives to celebrate the characters and shows that are definitional to kids who grew up in the '90s!

About Animorphs:
Welcome to a world where nothing and no-one are what they seem!
The story revolves around five humans, Jake, Marco, Cassie, Rachel, and Tobias, and one alien, Aximili-Esgarrouth-Isthill (nicknamed Ax), who obtain the ability to transform into any animal they touch from Ax's brother, Prince Elfangor-Sirinial-Shamtul, who has crash-landed on earth.
Naming themselves "Animorphs" (a portmanteau of "animal morphers"), they use their ability to battle a secret alien infiltration of Earth by Yeerks, a parasitic race of aliens resembling large Slugs, that take humans as a host by entering and merging with their brain through the ear canal. The Animorphs fight as a guerilla force against the Yeerks, led by Visser Three.
The Animorphs carefully protect their identities; the Yeerks assume that they're a strike force sent by the Andalites, the alien race that created the transformation technology, and to protect their families from Yeerk reprisals, the Animorphs keep up the facade. Over the run of the series, the pretense becomes harder to maintain; the Yeerks grow more cautious and dedicate more time and resources to capturing the 'Andalite bandits'.
But even though the Animorphs win many battles against the Yeerks, they quickly realise that the fight is far from over.
Though the Animorphs can assume the form of any animal they touch, there are several limitations to the ability: they can only stay in animal form for two hours, or they will be unable to return to human form. Also, the process requires some level of concentration to prevent the animal's natural instincts from overwhelming the human intellect.
Animorphs (also known under the promotional title AniTV) is a television adaptation of the hit Scholastic book series of the same name by K. A. Applegate. The show was produced by Protocol Entertainment and Scholastic Productions, and was filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The series ran for 26 episodes over two seasons between 1998-2000, with the first season being produced for YTV and Nickelodeon, and the second season being produced for Global. Animorphs aired on Nickelodeon channels worldwide.

"We might look like ordinary kids, but we're not--we're Animorphs, and this is our story. You see, we were all hangin' out at the arcade when all of a sudden Jake's dog, Homer, took off. By the time we caught up with him, the sky had gotten dark and this spaceship landed right in front of us. A dying alien, an Andalite, stumbled out and told us about these evil slug-like aliens called Yeerks who are trying to take over the universe by slithering into humans' brains and turning them into controllers. Before the Andalite died, it gave us a power--the ability to morph into any animal just by touching it and acquiring its DNA. But the Yeerks are on to us--their ship landed after the Andalite's, and they know some kids were there, they just don't know who we are. The series follows the hilarious everyday adventures of four ten year old boys who are trying really hard to grow up. Frank, Thomas and Eric are the three friends and Jerry is the new boy in town. Amongst the characters are "the girls" - Linda, Mimmi and Tess -
with whom the Friends are eternally fascinated, led by Frank’s cousin Linda, the stuff that the boys’ dreams are made of!! However, the girls refuse to date them and refer to the boys as Ponks. There is also Jerry’s Dad, who is the new PE teacher at the big school; and he crushes the kids’ heads with medicine balls – well, that’s what they’ve heard anyway! The teenage years may be beckoning, but life is still really about dares, wild exaggerations, showing off and how many gears your bike has got. Sadly for the Friends and Jerry, their ten year old wings are always getting burnt. Its tough being ten!
Created by Swedish director, illustrator and animator Magnus Carlsson (Paramount Comedy Channel UK's Robin), The Three Friends and Jerry is a Swedish/German/United Kingdom co-production, produced by Fontana Pictures, Happy Life and TMO Films/TV Loonland, in association with Nickelodeon UK and Nickelodeon Germany, and ran for 39 episodes over one season. The Three Friends… & Jerry aired on Nickelodeon UK in the later nineties and early noughties, as well as on Nickelodeon Latin America (Latinoamérica).
For the houses featured in the show, the creators of the series likely took inspiration from the architecture of Sweden and the United Kingdom, since the series was a Swedish/British co-production.
Born in Sweden, Magnus has been involved in animation for as long as he can remember, he even created the music video for Radiohead's "Paranoid Android". Before all that, he worked at MTV before going on to be a founder member of Happy Life Animation.
In the United States, The Three Friends & Jerry aired on Fox Family (alongside Stickin' Around, Freaky Stories, The Gogs, and Lava-Lava!), and made a brief reappearance through Sprout's video on demand service in 2005. The show also aired on TG4 in Ireland and Fox Kids in Spain.

Every week, a whole host of characters including Jean Paul Goatee, a fashion know it all; The Rubbish Bully, who'd give you a mobile phone rather than nick it; Mr. Conkers, the head teacher who is absolutely bonkers; two of the smelliest characters you're ever going to meet; The Truthful Farting Granny, who'd fart your future; Graham Godley's Gorgeous Gran; Half Hearted Hannah; Billy Smellypits; Evil Baby, the scariest baby sister in the world; the most embarrassing Mum in the world; Fiona Road Rage; The Victorian Gentleman; and Billy Blewitt, the only one who can save us from the evil robots with his Big Brainy Bum! Each episode featured hilarious sketches, such as Vampire T.V., "Mr. Conkers…he’s Bonkers", Rubbish Bully, Cannibals Burger Bar, and “The Truthful Farting Granny”, and sketches that reflected what's being talked about when the show aired. L.O.L:Laugh Out Loud promised to have viewers laughing until their sides spilt each week! It's G.R.8!
For L.O.L:Laugh Out Loud, Nickelodeon UK held a nationwide talent contest to look for the stars of the show. The final 15 came down to London's Comedy Store and were whittled down to Nicole Lewis, Nina De Comiso, Dax O'Callaghan, Alan Orr, Joe Swash and Joanna Burford by a crack team of comedy experts.
Produced by Nickelodeon UK and SMG Productions, the series premiered on 11th October 2002 as the British equivalent of All That and The Amanda Show, and ran for 10 episodes.
Joe Swash went on to play Mickey Miller in the British soap opera EastEnders, then becoming King of the Jungle on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! (UK);
Nicole Lewis played a reporter in an episode of The Naked Brothers Band;
Joanna Burford appeared in Little Britain;
Dax O'Callaghan went on to became the youngest ever choreographer to teach full-time classes at the Pineapple Dance Studios in Covent Garden, London;
Alan Orr went on to become an actor and composer for the PACE Theatre Company, and recently appeared in the Scottish comedy series Two Doors Down.

Episode 1
We meet our regular characters for the first time, Fiona Road Rage, The Victorian Gentleman and the dancing Billy Smellypits. Throw in a visit to Cannibals Burger Bar and a special prediction from our own fortune teller “ The Truthful Farting Granny” and you have Episode 1 of L.O.L.
Episode 2
As well as favourite characters like Rubbish Bully and Half Hearted Hannah, Episode 2 lets us into the secret thoughts of two of our biggest pop superstars and what those girly pandas are really up to.
Episode 3
The LOL cast manage to get themselves hypnotised , we have a commercial for a very special air freshener for those “embarrassing moments”, and Joe threatens Alan with the ultimate weapon “ dog pooh on a stick”.
Episode 4
In Episode 4 we meet the most embarrassing Mum in the world and we find out what teenagers are really talking about. And find out what happens when Dax buys Nicole a sweet bunny rabbit for her birthday.
Episode 5
Meet the maddest headmaster ever “Mr. Conkers…he’s Bonkers” and find out what happens when Nina manages to swallow the smallest mobile phone in the world…and there’s a bit more of that “dog pooh on a stick”.
Episode 6
In Episode 6 the team try to discover the of a very weird smell and we meet the mum who just cant get it right when it comes to finding a new dad for her boys. And there’s a welcome reappearance of our own Truthful Farting Granny.
Episode 7
Meet three new characters in Episode 7. Jean Paul , the fashion designer from hell, the scariest baby sister in the world in “Evil Baby” and dodgiest judge in legal history as played by Joe.
Episode 8
Dax plays the coolest street magician in the world (well almost). We’re treated to a lecture on how your smelling organ really works and we meet the latest chat show hostess on morning television.
Episode 9
Episode 9 gives us a look into the latest satellite channel, which only transmits at night,”Vampire T.V.”. And what would you do if your mum not only had a beard but it could also read your mind?
Episode 10
Meet the stupidest criminal ever on the run, the teacher who admits the truth behind algebra, and the most tactless doctor you’re ever likely to meet in Episode 10.

About The Ferals:
The Ferals was an Australian children's comedy television series created by Wendy Gray and Claire Henderson and produced by the ABC. It ran for 30 episodes over two series (seasons) from 1994 to 1995, and it featured a mixture of people and animal puppets known as the "Ferals." It was lauded for its irreverent humour and distinctive characters, some of which still feature today on ABC programming. Garth Frost was responsible for the puppet design.
The Ferals are an eclectic group of animals that live together in a backyard shed. There's a Rat called Rattus P. Rattus (David Collins), a feral Cat called Modigliana (Mal Heap), a Rabbit called Mixy (Emma DeVries), and a feral Dog called Derryn (Terry Ryan). The humans are two university students, and their landlord, who clash with each other and the Ferals. They include the uptight, neurotic landlord Joe King (Mig Ayesa) who is determined to remove the ferals from his garden; the affable science student Leonard (Brian Rooney), and medical student Robbie (Kylle Hogart), who attempt to shield the ferals from eviction, but are sometimes exasperated with their antics.
There were also the 'Bogans From The Bush' as Modigliana liked to call them, Keith (Mal Heap), a koala and Kylie (Kelly Wallwork; Danielle Baker), a kangaroo. These two characters often clashed with the Ferals, thinking they were above them due to their status as native Australian animals. Other characters included White Ants (Tina Bursill, Robert Hughes), Rock Wrangler (Tina Matthews) and Fat Cat (Taylor Owens).
Following the series finale, a five-minute show called Feral TV was launched in 1995, continued the Ferals' story. After their home was demolished in the final episode of The Ferals, the Ferals had been exploring the sewers, and had discovered the cable to a TV station. They started their own TV channel, calling it Feral TV, running under the TV boss Kerry, a loud gruff toad with an explosive temper, and his obsequious assistant the cockroach Rodney. Kerry's character is modelled on the Australian media magnate Kerry Packer, who at the time, was the owner of Channel Nine. Keith from the original show also returned for this show.

Following The Ferals and Feral TV, a few of the human actors went on to achieve successful television careers, with some of the puppet characters also continuing to feature regularly in ABC programming. Mixy, in particular, introduced shows on the ABC Kids programming block, as well as having her own show and website. Rattus and Modigliana were featured in the ABC School's education maths program, Numbers Count. Modigliana also went on to feature as co-host of the show Creature Features. This makes Derryn the only one of the four to not appear in a subsequent show.
The Ferals and Feral TV aired on Nickelodeon UK in the mid-1990's.

About Round The Twist:
Round The Twist is an Australian children's comedy produced by the Australian Children's Television Foundation and based around the Twist family and the supernatural goings-on in their town. The Twist family are widower Tony Twist and his three children, twins Pete and Linda, and Bronson. They live in the old, and usually haunted, lighthouse at Port Niranda. The show ran for 52 episodes over four series (seasons) between 1989 to 2000 (series one in 1989; series two in 1992; series three in 1999; series four in 2000), with many cast changes along the way. Each episode is a self-contained, supernatural story, but there are central story themes hinted at in each episode throughout a series, culminating in a story that explains them. The first two series were based on short stories by the author Paul Jennings, with adaptations by Esben Storm (a cast member and the director). After Paul Jennings left, Esben Storm took over writing for series 3 and 4. The Queen of the UK visited the set of Round the Twist in the early 1990's.

About the show:
Sister, Sister is an American television sitcom starring identical twins Tia and Tamera Mowry. The premise of the show was that the girls (playing characters Tia Landry and Tamera Campbell) were separated and adopted at birth. One was adopted by a single mother while the other was adopted by a couple, although the mother died a short time later. The two accidentally found each other fourteen years later and reunited.
In the pilot episode, the twins are reunited during a chance encounter shopping at a clothing store at the mall with their adoptive parents.
Tia Landry (Tia Mowry) is the intelligent twin from inner city Detroit, where her adoptive mother, Lisa (Jackée Harry), works as a seamstress; Tamera Campbell (Tamera Mowry) is the boy-crazy twin from the suburbs, where her adoptive father, Ray (Tim Reid), owns a successful limousine service. After their unexpected encounter in the department store, Ray reluctantly allows Tia and Lisa to move in the house because Lisa was about to take a job in St. Louis, which would have separated the girls. The girls' neighbor is a nerdy Roger Evans (Marques Houston; "Go Home, Roger!"), an annoying teenager who is infatuated with both of them, and who evolves into a perfect gentleman they both find attractive. In the final season when the girls go off to college, Roger ceases to appear in the series because he was still in high school, though he does return as a guest in the final episode. By the fifth season, Tia and Tamera ended up with steady boyfriends: Tia with a boy named Tyreke Scott (RonReaco Lee) and Tamera with a boy named Jordan Bennett (Deon Richmond).
In the sixth-season episode "Father's Day," the twins meet their biological father, Matt Sullivan, and learn that he is white and a famous photojournalist. Matt never married their mother, Racelle Gavin, because they never got the chance: she had been asked to paint a mural in Florida and he had been assigned "the opportunity of a lifetime" in the Middle East. Also, Racelle told him that she would later join him in Tel Aviv without telling him of her pregnancy. After six months, Racelle suddenly stopped writing. When the girls' mother died, Matt was not allowed to see them because he couldn't prove he was their father. When he searched for his twin daughters, he never found them because they had been adopted by two different people.
Tia and Tamera's real life little brother, Tahj Mowry, also appeared in three episodes of the series. He played Tia's cousin, Tahj, in "Get a Job", a kid visiting a "Mall Santa" in "Christmas", and appeared in a crossover role in "Child's Play", in which he played T.J. Henderson, his character from fellow WB sitcom Smart Guy.
Sister, Sister also featured Dorien Wilson (Bella and the Bulldogs) as Terrence Winningham, the manager of the local Food Boy supermarket who dated and was briefly engaged to Lisa during season two and early season three, and Vernee Watson-Johnson (School of Rock) as Patrice, Lisa's best friend from the inner-city neighborhood that Lisa and Tia previously lived and is the mother of Tia's childhood friend Darnell (Jason Weaver).
Created by Kim Bass (Kenan & Kel), Gary Gilbert and Fred Shafferman, the series was produced by de Passe Entertainment and Paramount Network Television.
In the USA, Sister, Sister was picked up by ABC as a midseason replacement and debuted on April 1, 1994 as part of the network's TGIF comedy lineup. The show later moved to The WB, which was still in its infancy, on September 6, 1995.
Sister, Sister ran for 119 episodes over six seasons. In the US, the series aired between April 1, 1994 and May 23, 1999.
In the UK, Sister, Sister ran on Nickelodeon UK between the mid-nineties and mid-noughties, and quickly became a top show on Nick, often winning Watch Your Own Wednesdays and Watch Your Own Weekends. During its run, Tia & Tamera made numerous visits to the UK, touring London and participating in webchats on NickTV.co.uk. Tia & Tamera also hosted Sister, Sister Sundays specials from the Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, California.
In addition to Nickelodeon UK, Sister, Sister also aired on Nickelodeon Australia and Nickelodeon Latinoamérica.
