Nickelodeon USA has announced the exciting news in a email to ToonZone Forums member '4Kids4EverFandom' that the second season of Saban Brands' "Digimon Fusion" returns to Nick USA's animation and action channel, Nicktoons USA, with double premieres during the Independence Day weekend! Following the Independence Day weekend, Nicktoons USA will continue to debut more brand-new episodes from "Digimon Fusion" season two through to Mid-August 2015!

Season Two Of "Digimon Fusion" Premieres Sunday 8th March 2015 On Nicktoons USA

SEASON TWO OF DIGIMON FUSION PREMIERES SUNDAY, MARCH 8, AT 10 A.M. (ET) ON NICKTOONS


Get ready for more fusion powers and endless battles as Nicktoons premieres the second season of the action-packed series, Digimon Fusion, with back-to-back episodes on Sunday, March 8, at 10 a.m. (ET). The new season (24 half-hour episodes) continues the journey of Mikey and his Digimon partner, Shoutman, in the Digital World. Digimon Fusion will air regularly Sundays at 10 a.m. (ET) and 10:30 a.m. (ET) on Nicktoons.

In the season premiere, "Back to the Digital World! Hot Time in Dragon Land," at 10 a.m. (ET), Mikey and Shoutman return to the Digital World, but discover it has been completely taken over by the evil Bagra Empire, divided into seven lands and ruled by seven Dark Generals who all have the power to Digi-fuse. In the second premiere, "Take a Stand, Christopher! Fusion Fighters' Rescue Mission," at 10:30 a.m. (ET), Christopher and Metal Greymon's strength is put to the test when they join Mikey and Shoutman on a rescue mission to save the rest of the Fusion Fighters from being deleted at the hands of the Dark General Dorbickmon.

Nicktoons USA To Premiere "Digimon Fusion" Season Two On Sunday 8th March 2015

Saban Brands has announced the exciting news in a Tweet on their official "Digimon" Twitter profile page, @SabansDigimon, that Nick USA's animation and action channel, Nicktoons USA, will start to premiere and show brand-new episodes from the second season of "Digimon Fusion" from Sunday 8th March 2015 at 10:00am ET/PT, 9:00am C!


To celebrate, Nickelodeon USA has unveiled a selection of full episodes from the first season of "Digimon Fusion" in a special "Blowout" video playlist on NickToons USA's official website, allowing fans to catch up on what's been happening in the Digiverse before the premiere of season two, which fans can watch here on nicktoons.nick.com for free!

NickToons USA To Start To Premiere More New Episodes Of "Digimon Fusion" In February 2014

Saban Brands has announced in the following press release, from Business Wire via Yahoo! Finance, the exciting Nickelodeon news that Nick USA's animation and action channel, Nicktoons USA, will continue to show brand-new episodes of the all-new animated television series "Digimon Fusion" in February 2014!


New episodes of "Digimon Fusion", the sixth installment of the hugely successful "Digimon" franchise, return to Nicktoons USA from Monday 17th February 2014, with an all-day marathon followed by two brand-new episodes at 9:00pm ET/PT. The series will rollout weekly premieres in its regular timeslot starting Sunday 23rd February 2014 at 11:30am ET/PT.

The Digimon fun continues with master toy licensee, Bandai America, who has produced a product line including toys, trading cards and digital apps for the series. The new "Digimon Fusion" Collectable Card Game, released Saturday 18th January 2014, was one of the first products broadly available for purchase to the public. To celebrate the new card game, Saban Brands and Bandai have been revealing card artwork through a special "Tuesday FUSEday" online promotion running throughout January 2014. Each week, three cards are being unveiled through a post on "Digimon Fusion"'s official Facebook profile page. The first two cards are released directly via Facebook and a third "super rare" card is released via a link to the official "Digimon Fusion" website. All cards are housed on the Digimon Fusion Facebook page and are also available for viewing on the website once they are revealed. Additional "Digimon Fusion" products will be available for purchase beginning mid-February 2014 at various retailers.

Also coming soon to "Digimon Fusion" fans is "Digimon Fusion Shoutmon Smash", a fun and addictive online game in which Shoutmon brings his ferociousness to smash out the enemies. The game will be available on DigimonFusion.com, MyVortexx.com and other websites around the world later this month.

"This reorganization is a very exciting venture for us and will help continue the growth of our various global brands including Power Rangers and Paul Frank as well as the upcoming Julius Jr. and Digimon Fusion properties," said Elie Dekel, President of Saban Brands. Saban Brands Announces Nickelodeon As U.S. Broadcast Partner For Brand-New "Digimon Fusion" Series

Saban Brands has announced the Nickelodeon News in the following Press Release, from PRNewswire, that they have named Nickelodeon USA and their U.S. broadcast partner for their brand-new animated television series "Digimon Fusion Series", and will start to air on Nick USA later this year (2013)! It is currently unknown whether Nickelodeon channels and networks around the world (Planet Nickelodeon) will also air "Digimon Fusion Series".

Nickelodeon has acquired Digimon Fusion, the latest installment in the Japanese anime franchise, following a deal with its new owner Saban Brands.

The kids’ cablenet will air the series later this year. It’s the sixth incarnation of Digimon, which Saban reacquired last year from Toei Animation. The show was one of the first to combine TV and virtual pets.

The new version follows Mikey, a human boy, who is transported into the digital realm and must team up with his new ‘Digimon’ or ‘Digital Monster’ friends before their world is deleted once and for all.

The Nick pick-up comes after parent Viacom last week unveiled plans to introduce six new series in a bid to turn around its flagging ratings.

Power Rangers owner Saban first brought Digimon to US audiences in 1999 via Fox Family Worldwide. MarVista handles distribution of the property outside Asia.
