Nickelodeon UK Brings SLIME, MUSIC and MAYHEM Back to Blackpool With SlimeFest 2021
After a two year wait, Nickelodeon once again turned Blackpool green with the channel's fifth SlimeFest, which treated thousands of screaming youngsters to slime-tastic performances from much-loved acts including Diversity, Kid Rain, Fleur East, Blessing Annatoria, Wes Nelson, and John Newman, as well as special appearances from the show's hosts, Jordan & Perri from Diversity and social media stars Max & Harvey, over six shows across three days at Blackpool’s Pleasure Beach Arena!
TikTok sensation Holly H was set to co-host, however, had to cancel at the last minute due to illness.
VIPs treading the iconic Orange Carpet included Paris Fury (wife of boxer Tyson) and her family.
This was the first SlimeFest in two years, following 2020's event having to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fans who missed out can catch up with all the fun with the highlights show, which will air on Nickelodeon UK & Ireland at 6pm on Friday November 5!
The next Nickelodeon event will be The Nickelodeon Experience, a brand-new fully immersive experience, which will launch in spring 2022, before subsequently touring the UK and Ireland! Click here to find out more!

Wes Nelson, who smashed onto the scene in 2020 with his Top 3 hit ‘See Nobody’, joins the Slimefest 2021 line-up as the final announcement completing the amazing line-up across the weekend. Wes Nelson will be joining hosts Jordan and Perri, Max and Harvey and Holly H to perform to fans across both Saturday 16th October and Sunday the 17th October.
Update (15/10) - Unfortunately due to illness, Holly H is unable to attend and host SlimeFest this weekend. She apologises and sends her love to all her fans and is looking forward to hopefully seeing them all again soon. The show will still go ahead with Jordan & Perri and Max & Harvey hosting and amazing performances from the previously announced line-up. Get well soon, Holly!
Additionally, Nickelodeon UK & Ireland will premiere Slimefest 2021, a brand new special bring all the slime, music and mayhem from this year's SlimeFest to viewers at home on Friday 5th November 2021 at 6:00pm!
Wes will be joining number 1 artist John Newman and BAFTA award-winning dance group Diversity, who were confirmed to perform earlier this year. Newman will be joining the SLIMEFEST mayhem for the very first time, while iconic dance group Diversity, who will be performing across all 6 shows, will be returning for a fifth slime-filled year at The Arena, Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They'll be joined by Headliner Fleur East, reigning The Voice champion Blessing Annatoria, and KiD RAiN.
SLIMEFEST is presented by Nickelodeon in partnership with VisitBlackpool and will be hosted by Diversity’s Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely, as well as BRAND-NEW hosts, social media stars and singers Max & Harvey, and TikTok sensation Holly H. The six-show extravaganza will kick-off Saturday 16th October with shows at 1pm and 6pm across the days and will end with a blast Monday 18th October. SLIMEFEST marks the return of Nickelodeon's annual music festival for kids, following SLIMEFEST 2020 being postponed due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. It's currently unknown whether Nickelodeon will still be hosting SLIMEFEST in London, as initially planned.
The Pleasure Beach Arena will strictly follow Government and Health Authority guidelines. A whole range of Covid-19 procedures and protocols have been implemented to ensure the safety of guests, staff and performers. The wearing of face coverings may be required in designated areas and organisers will update ticket holders closer to the event with any specific procedures relating to Covid-19. SLIMEFEST will be compliant with any Covid-19 regulations applicable at the time.

Fleur East, who will be headlining SLIMEFEST on Saturday 16th October, first achieved notoriety for a succession of chart topping singles, and she now continues to make waves across national radio and TV through her role as a broadcaster, hosting on shows such as This Morning and her Hits Radio show, as well as presenting on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and fronting new primetime ITV game show The Void alongside Ashley Banjo.
Blessing, the 18-year-old Zimbabwe-born vocal powerhouse from Dudley and reigning champion of The Voice, will appear across all 3 days of the slime filled event, performing gospel-infused songs from her newly released debut album “Count My Blessings”.

Newman will be joining the SLIMEFEST mayhem for the very first time, while iconic dance group Diversity will be returning for a fifth slime-filled year at The Arena, Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

SLIMEFEST 2021 will see longstanding SLIMEFEST hosts Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely returning to the stage, and will this year be joined by Max and Harvey and Holly H for all 6 shows. In 2021, hosts Jordan & Perri, Max & Harvey and Holly H will still be joining the aweslime fun, the venue remains the same, and the new dates and show times are like-for-like equivalents, so if you have tickets they have been automatically moved to the same show for 2021. You don’t need to do anything, your 2021 tickets will be dispatched to you next year ahead of SLIMEFEST 2021.
Nickelodeon apologises for any disappointment and inconvenience caused to you by this decision but hope you can understand their commitment towards keeping you safe.

What is the difference between a Pleasure Beach Pass, Pleasure Beach Wristband and the Blackpool Resort Pass?
Your complimentary Pleasure Beach Pass – All SLIMEFEST ticket holders will receive a complimentary Pleasure Beach Pass. This is valid for the same day as your SLIMEFEST tickets only. The Pleasure Beach Pass allows you to enter the park for the entire day and includes unlimited access to the Pleasure Beach Express, the Chinese Puzzle Maze, River Caves, Bradley and Bella’s Learning Garden and the Spectacular Dancing Water Show. You also have the option to purchase individual ride tickets or upgrade your pass to a wristband so you can access the rides for the day.
Pleasure Beach Wristband – Wristbands include entry and unlimited all day riding on all rides including Nickelodeon Land. If you purchase this option wristbands will be valid on one day of your choosing from the 16th – 20th October, meaning you can have a fantastic day out on the same day of your show, the day before OR the day after and make the most of your time in Blackpool.
Blackpool Resort Pass – The Blackpool Resort Pass brings you the best of Blackpool in one trouble-free ticket. Your pass allows you one entry into each of the specified attractions across seven consecutive days. The pass includes: a Blackpool Pleasure Beach Wristband (including Nickelodeon Land); The Blackpool Tower Eye & 4D Experience; Madame Tussauds; Blackpool SEA LIFE Centre and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon. the Resort Pass is valid for seven consecutive days from the day of activation. SLIMEFEST 2020 will take place at The Arena at Blackpool Pleasure Beach from 17th – 19th October and is coming to London for the first time ever with DHP Family presenting two shows at The SSE Arena, Wembley on 26th October.
An all new location calls for an exciting hosting line up –longstanding SLIMEFEST hosts Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely are returning to the stage and this year will be joined by Max and Harvey and Holly H for all 8 shows. They’ll host Nickelodeon’s unique mix of chart-topping music acts, special guests, social stars and of course….Slime! Tickets are on sale from Friday 6th March at 10am.
