Raph, Leo, Donnie and Mikey meet a new foe voiced by guest star Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) in a brand-new episode of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, premiering Saturday, Nov. 17, at 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. In the half-hour special, “Bug Busters,” Headey lends her voice as Big Mama, a gigantic spider yokai who can shoot webs and disguise herself to look like a human. As a prim and proper mob boss, she runs the Hidden City fight ring and doesn’t let anyone get in her way.

Big Mama faces off against the villainous Baron Draxum, voiced by WWE superstar John Cena, as he attempts to disrupt Big Mama’s plan and the Turtles look for a way to eliminate New York City’s oozesquito problem.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars the voice talent of Omar Miller (Ballers) as Raph, a jagged-shelled snapping turtle; Ben Schwartz (Parks and Recreation) as Leo, a red-eared slider turtle; Josh Brener (Silicon Valley) as Donnie, a soft-shell turtle; Brandon Mychal Smith (You’re The Worst) as Mikey, a box turtle; Kat Graham (The Vampire Diaries) as April O’Neil, a street savvy native New Yorker; and Eric Bauza (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Splinter, father figure and sensei to the Turtles.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiered on Monday, Sept. 17, on Nickelodeon, with new season one episodes airing Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. (ET/PT). The series is co-executive produced by Andy Suriano (character designer, Samurai Jack) and Ant Ward (supervising producer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) at Nickelodeon in Burbank. Veteran animation industry voice actor Rob Paulsen is voice directing the series.

Lena Headey, Golden Globe and Emmy-nominated star of HBO’s Game of Thrones, is about to take on another powerful position when she makes her Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles guest star debut in “Bug Busters,” a brand-new half-hour special premiering on Nickelodeon USA this Saturday, November 17 at 9:30 a.m. ET/PT!

“Bug Busters” finds the Turtles desperately looking for a way to exterminate the citywide infestation of oozesquitos. In the special, Headey voices Big Mama — a gigantic spider yokai who can shoot webs and disguise herself to look like a human. As a prim and proper mob boss and the proprietress of the Hidden City fight ring, nothing gets in Big Mama’s way, not even Baron Draxum (voiced by WWE superstar John Cena). And in this early clip, Big Mama seems to have the Turtles right where she wants them — until fellow villain Baron Draxum hows up for a smackdown! Check her out in the new clip above!

Headey plays the ruthless Cersei Lannister on GoT, and has previously starred in live-action film and TV titles including 300 & 300: Rise of an Empire, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Dredd, and lent her voice to animation projects Uncle Grandpa, Danger Mouse and Trollhunters.

Considering how fiercely she protects her children on Game of Thrones (even if she isn’t very successful at it), there couldn’t be someone more suited to play a villain named Big Mama than Lena.

Rise, the latest series featuring the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, premiered in September and stars Omar Benson Miller (Ballers) as Raphael, Ben Schwartz (Parks and Recreation) as Leonardo, Brandon Mychal Smith (You’re the Worst) as Michelangelo, Josh Brener (Silicon Valley) as Donatello, Kat Graham (The Vampire Diaries) as April O’Neil, and Eric Bauza (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Splinter.

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles airs Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. ET on Nickelodeon in the U.S., and regularly on Nickelodeon channels globally.
