In the brand new episode of "iCarly" titled "iBalls", after Carly has to head to Yakima for the weekend, Freddie decides he wants to be a creative member of the "iCarly" team which includes him wanting to perform on the show. Freddie wants to co-host the show with Sam while Gibby Gibson (portrayed by Noah Munck) works the camera. Things, however, go awry as no one thinks his skit is funny. From The Blackpool Gazette:
Scarlett scoops top prize

Big One Talent Contest finalists
Teenage singer Scarlett Quigley won this year's Big One Talent Show at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

The 14-year-old from Altrincham impressed judges with her beautiful rendition of Puccini’s O Mio Babbino Caro (Oh My Beloved Father) in front of a panel of judges in the Paradise Room.

The final saw 14 youngsters aged five to 16 years old performing in front of Pleasure Beach managing director Amanda Thompson, creative director Antony Johns and Katja Petrakova from Europa Park in Germany.

This year’s contest presented judges with an array of young talent, including dancing troupes, saxophonists and even a few dancing dogs.

But it was Scarlett who walked away with an iPad and a season pass for the 2013 season at the Pleasure Beach.

Placed second Blackpool singer Jessica Croston, 14, with saxophonist John Tan, 11, from Hertfordshire, third.

All finalists received a wristband for the rest of the 2012 season while the top three received a season pass for 2013 plus a goodie bag from sponsors Robinson's Fruit Shoot and Nickelodeon UK.

Other finalists were singers Chloe Dent, Declan O’Gara and Gemma McConville, dancer Alesha Margetts – all from Blackpool – and Manchester dance troupe Candy.
