Nickelodeon UK To Premiere New Episodes Of "Max & Shred" Weekends From Saturday 9th January 2016

Digiguide is reporting the exciting news that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland/HD will start to premiere more brand-new episodes of Nickelodeon and Breakthrough Entertainment's hit live-action buddy-comedy series "Max & Shred", including episodes from the the shows all-new second season, every Saturday and Sunday at 5:00pm from Saturday 9th January 2016! Following the debut of each episode, Nick UK & Eire will encore each brand-new "Max & Shred" episode the same evening at 9:00pm. (all times plus-one hour on Nick+1)


The internationally successful buddy comedy chronicles the hilarious and unlikely friendship between Max Asher played by Jonny Gray, ("Annedroids", "Paranormal Witness 3"), a celebrity snowboarder, and Alvin "Shred" Ackerman played by Jake Goodman ("Life with Boys", "Saving Hope"), a science whiz-kid, who become roommates and instant "bros" when Max moves to Colorado to train for the Winter Cup. The show centres on the boys' odd couple relationship as they help and hinder each other through the trials of teenage life. Returning also for a second season are Emilia McCarthy ("Zapped", "Hemlock Grove") as Alvin's driven older sister Abby, and Saara Chaudry ("DeGrassi", "Isabelle Dances into the Spotlight") as Howie, Alvin's super smart eight-year-old protégé.



"Max & Shred" is executive produced by George Doty IV, whose extensive writing credits include the hit Nickelodeon live-action series "iCarly", "Victorious", and the beloved buddy-comedy "Drake & Josh". Doty also served as story editor on the iconic animated series "Scooby Doo". Additional executive producers for "Max & Shred" include Breakthrough Entertainment's Joan Lambur, Ira Levy, Peter Williamson, Nat Abraham and Michael McGuigan. Nickelodeon Africa To Premiere "Game Shakers" On Monday 8th February 2016

The South African television news blog Entertainment Insides With Prosper Dube is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon International news that Nickelodeon Africa will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon's brand-new original comedy series "Game Shakers" weekdays at 17:25 CAT from Monday 8th February 2016!


Following each episodes debut, Nickelodeon Africa will repeat each all-new episode in special marathons on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February 2016 from 9:20 CAT and 15:20 CAT, respectively, and the weekend of Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th February 2016 from 9:20 CAT and 15:20 CAT, respectively.



They're making games and kicking app!

Created by hit-maker Dan Schneider ("Henry Danger", "iCarly", "Victorious", "Sam & Cat", "Zoey 101", "Drake & Josh", "Kenan & Kel"), "Game Shakers" follows a pair of 7th grade girls, Babe (Cree Cicchino) and Kenzie (Madisyn Shipman), who, after creating a wildly successful mobile game app called Sky Whale for a science project, start a gaming company in Brooklyn called Game Shakers with their friend Hudson (Thomas Kuc).


But when superstar rapper Double G (Kel Mitchell, "Kenan & Kel", "All That", "Good Burger"), a super successful, unpredictable rapper, finds out the girls used one of his songs in their game without licensing it, he threatens to sue them for all he is owed! To make things right, Babe and Kenzie decide to make the rap superstar their business partner and hire his son, Triple G (Benjamin Lil P-Nut" Flores, Jr, "The Haunted Hathaways"), as a game consultant. Together, Babe, Kenzie, Hudson, Triple G and Double G will work to make Game Shakers a huge success in the gaming world! Will this new deal be a high score or a game over for Babe and Kenzie? Let the games begin!

In the premiere episode "Sky Whale," Babe and Kenzie's school project, Sky Whale, becomes an accidental viral video game hit. However, when rap superstar Double G realises they used his song without his permission, he comes to collect his share of the profits.

Nickelodeon Latin America Announces New Cooking Reality Show

Nickelodeon Latin America has announced on their official website the very exciting news that they are looking for kids who are passionate about cooking and want to experience great adventures to take part in the channels upcoming brand-new reality television series!


Kids aged between 9 and 13 years old around LatAm are invited to audition to be part of Nick's all-new fun cookery show by making a short video showing off their skills in the kitchen and telling Nickelodeon how they got into cooking, who taught them to cook, why they enjoy cooking, and telling Nick how to make their favorite dish and sending their video to Nick via the auditions official webpage on MundoNick.com!

Following the audition process, Nickelodeon will cast a lucky group of young chefs to participate and be stars in their brand-new cooking show and compete to be named the best chef, which Nickelodeon will shoot in Miami, Florida later this year!

7:30pm: The Fairly OddParents - The Big Fairy Share Scare: Timmy finds out that he has to share his fairies with the new girl in school, Chloe Carmichael, but when Chloe realizes she can use her magic for good, she wishes everyone in Dimmsdale would share everything, and chaos ensues.
