Nickelodeon Latin America And Nick Brazil To Premiere "Monsters vs. Aliens" On Saturday 2nd November 2013

Nickelodeon Latin America and Nickelodeon Brazil have announced on their official websites, MundoNick.com and mundonick.uol.com.br, respectively, the very exciting Nick International News that Nick Latin America and Nick Brazil (Brasil) will start to premiere and show Nickelodeon and DreamWorks Animation's brand new CGI-animated Nicktoon series "Monsters vs. Aliens" from Saturday 2nd November 2013! Nickelodeon Brazil will air the series in Portuguese at 10:30am and Nickelodeon Latin America will broadcast the series in Spanish at 12:30pm!

Nickelodeon UK Announces Nick Jr. Peppa To Continue In November 2013

The Nickelodeon UK Press Office and Nick UK's preschool channel, Nick Jr. UK and Ireland, have announced the exciting news in Tweets (posts) on their official Twitter profile pages, @NickelodeonUKPR and @NickJrUK, respectively, that, following the success of "Nick Jr Peppa" on Nick Jr. 2 during October 2013, Nick Junior will be continuing the special "Peppa Pig" programming initiative throughout November 2013, where, everyday between 3:00am and 11.59pm, Nick Jr. 2, rebranded as Nick Jr Peppa, will be showing even more back-to-back episodes of the massively popular animated preschool series "Peppa Pig"! Nickelodeon Australia and New Zealand To Premiere Part Two Of Season 1 Finale Of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", "Showdown", On Saturday 2nd November 2013

Nickelodeon Australia has announced the Booyakasha TMNT news in a post on their official Facebook profile page, facebook.com/NickelodeonAustralia, that Nickelodeon Australia and New Zealand will premiere and show the second part of the brand new special two-part season one finale episode of Nickelodeon's hit CG-animated "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" television series, titled "Showdown", on Saturday 2nd November 2013 at 8:00am!


In "Showdown, Part 2", Leo, Donnie, Raph & Mikey are about to face their biggest battle yet! Leonardo must risk the ultimate sacrifice in order to save his brothers, rescue April O'Neil and stop the Kraang from using their now perfected formula! In the two-part season finale, "Showdown", the North American actress, comedienne, writer, television producer, director and 2012 presidential nominee Roseanne Barr voices villainous character Kraang Prime, the Kraang's glorious leader from Dimension X!

UK's CITV Acquires Free-To-Air Broadcast Rights To "Deadtime Stories" From DHX Media

DHX Media, a leading independent creator, producer, distributor and licensor of children's entertainment content, has announced in the following press release, from Canada NewsWire (CNW), that the Canadian media company has licensed its TV series "Deadtime Stories" (10x30mins) to CITV, the children's television arm of the free-to-air British commercial public service TV network ITV! "Deadtime Stories" recently debuted on Nickelodeon USA on Thursday 3rd October 2013. It is currently unknown if Nickelodeon's international channels, including Nickelodeon UK and Ireland/HD, are also planning to show the horror/fantasy-themed anthology television series.


"Deadtime Stories" is a all-new single-camera show which stars Jennifer Stone ("Wizards of Waverly Place") as "The Babysitter", who shares stories from her collection of creepy tales with children every week. "Deadtime Stories" is based on the popular eponymous children's book series, and chronicles kids' eerie encounters, from hauntings to monsters to supernatural occurrences.

In each episode of "Deadtime Stories", kids embark on different thrilling adventures with ghostly tales, including a grave with something unusual buried inside, a wishing game gone awry and a magic kit with irreversible tricks. The series is created by the Hillenbrand brothers and the Cascone sisters and distributed by DHX Media. David and Scott Hillenbrand have a long track record across multiple genres including extensive work on hit kids shows such as "Spider-Man (Animated)", "Sweet Valley High" and "Power Rangers", while Annette and Gina Cascone have an equally long track record of writing spine tingling tales for middle grade and young adult readers.

The property is based on the popular "Deadtime Stories" book series written by the Cascones, originally included 17 titles and has sold over 2 million copies. It is has been republished and released in hardcover, paperback and digital by major publisher Tor Books/Starscape, a division of the Macmillan Group, in addition to being carried by Scholastic.

DHX Media has licensed the UK free-to-air TV rights to live action series Deadtime Stories (10x30’) to CITV.

Deadtime Stories is a live action kids and tweens programme starring Jennifer Stone of Wizards of Waverly Place.

She stars as a babysitter tells a new chilling chapter of her spooky story collection in each episode.

Nickelodeon UK has announced the Booyakasha TMNT news that Nick UK's animation channel, Nicktoons UK and Ireland, will premiere and show the special two-part season one finale episode of Nickelodeon's hit CG-animated "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" television series, titled "Showdown", in November 2013, as part of Nickelodeon UK's Autumn/Winter 2013 highlights!

According to the online British and Irish TV guide website Digiguide, Nicktoons UK will premiere "Showdown" part one on Saturday 9th November 2013 at 9:30am, with a encore at 4:30pm, and "Showdown" part two on Saturday 16th November 2013 at 9:30am, with a repeat at 4:30pm.
