Nickelodeon UK And KiCK! Magazine Release "Footy Quacks" Episode Six - Crystal Palace Vs. West Bromwich Albion F.C.

To celebrate Nicktoons UK and Ireland, Nick UK's animation and action channel, showing Nickelodeon's brand-new bread-tastic original animated buddy comedy series (Nicktoon) "Breadwinners" weekdays at 4:30pm, Nickelodeon UK and KiCK! have unveiled the sixth all-new episode of their brand-new weekly Football-themed web series called "Footy Quacks"!


Nick and KiCK!'s quack-tastic feathered footie fans David Beakham and Quack Wilshere are back once again, and even though they're big stars (the latest gossip magazines are reporting they've been hanging out with showbiz pal Pudsey the Dog), they are waddling off towards the Hawthorns this week to predict the outcome of the Premier League football match between Crystal Palace (CPFC) and West Bromwich Albion F.C. (WBA) at West Brom's home stadium on Saturday 25th October 2014, where both managers Alan Irvine and Neil Warnock will both been looking for the big points. Which manager will be most pleased with Quack and Beaks this week? Lets find out! Whatever football team they pick, you can be sure that there's been no 'fowl' play!:

Nickelodeon Picks Up New Comedy "Animal Rescue Show" From TV Executive Tracy Katsky

The entertainment news website Deadline.com is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news in the following article that television executive Tracy Katsky has sold Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, a brand-new multi-camera comedy series titled "Animal Rescue Show"!


The show centers on 12-year-old Taylor who has her life turned upside down when her single mother, in an attempt to "help" her make more friends, signs up their animal rescue facility as a place where her outrageous classmates can come work and receive community service hours for school. The series comes from writers Erika Keastle and Patrick McCarthy ("Good Luck Charlie").

The deal reunites WME-repped Katsky, a well respected development executive who is currently in a pod deal with Aaron Kaplan's Kapital Entertainment, with Nickelodeon, where she spent four years as the networks Senior Vice President (SVP) of Development & Original Programming:

Five months into her one-year pod deal with Aaron Kaplan’s Kapital Entertainment, Tracy Katsky has sold six comedies to broadcast and kapitalcable networks, including a half-hour starring comedian Pete Correale at CBS and projects from Ajay Sahgal and Claudia Lonow. On the heels of their successful first selling season together, Katsky and Kaplan have extended their deal for a second year.

The pact with KatCo marked the first pod deal for Kapital Entertainment which has been making strides toward becoming a full-fledged studio that serves as an umbrella for independent production companies. It was followed by a similar agreement between Kapital and Sharon Horgan’s Merman Films.

On the cable side, Katsky has sold multi-camera comedy Animal Rescue Show to Nickelodeon, from writers Erika Keastle and Patrick McCarthy (Good Luck Charlie). Before teaming with Kaplan, she was at Greg Daniels’ production company Deedle Dee Prods, where she worked on the upcoming NBC comedy series Mr. Robinson.
