It's never been a better time to be a fan of Big Time Rush. If you are still waiting to see their Big Time Tour, then do we have some news for you!

Starting next Tuesday, August 21, Leon Thomas will be joining Kendall, Logan, James, and Carlos as they make their rounds on tour. As if Big Time Rush and Rachel Crow weren't enough to get you pumped for the concert, we now have another Nick star added into the mix. Leon just released his mixtape to his fans, and we know he’s going to bring it with some of his awesome beats, including his latest single "Forever."

Leon's shown us his musical skills before, onscreen in 'Victorious' and even in a few movies! So we know he'll be feeling right at home onstage with BTR, Rachel Crow, and Cody Simpson. This is such an awesome addition to the already amazing set list.

Nick Jr. Channel UK To Show Brand New Episode Of "A Bedtime Story" On 24th August 2012, Featuring The Irish-English Pop Singer Shayne Ward Telling The Story Of "The Very Pleasant Troll"

The Irish-English pop singer Shayne Ward, who rose to fame as the winner of second series of The X Factor UK, has announced on his official Twitter profile page (@shayneTward) that Nickelodeon UK and Ireland's preschool channel, Nick Jr. Channel UK and Ireland, will premiere the brand new episode of Nick Junior's popular Bedtime stories series "A Bedtime Story" in which he guest star's in on Friday 24th August 2012 at 7.15pm, as part of Nick Jr. Channel UK's nightly 'Bedtime' programming strand (block). In his Tweet (post), Shayne Ward dedicates his episode of "A Bedtime Story" to his nieces and nephews:

Nickelodeon Australia And New Zealand Launch Brand New "SpongeBob SquarePants" Inspired Campaign Called "Dare To Be Square"

To help celebrate Nickelodeon Australia's upcoming "SlimeFest" event, where on Saturday 15th September 2012, Nickelodeon Australia will be taking over Sydney's Hordern Pavilion to hold a very special concert called "SLIMEFEST", Australia's first music festival just for kids, tweens and teenagers, Nickelodeon Australia and New Zealand has announced a brand new "SpongeBob SquarePants" campaign called "Dare to be Square". Announced today, Nickelodeon has launched an exciting initiative to promote positivity and inclusiveness: it’s SpongeBob's "Dare to Be Square"!

In a round world there is one hero who dares to be square. One hero who dares to be himself. One hero who is happy and positive no matter what the world throws at him. That hero is SpongeBob SquarePants.

Inspired by SpongeBob, Nickelodeon (Nick) invites the kids of the world to band together in a celebration of positivity, optimism, and being an individual. Nick is calling on kids to "throw a square in the air" with their hands to show the power of positivity. Throw a square in the air to show you care!

With a target of 1 million "square pics" online, Nickelodeon has reached out to celebrities ahead of launch to inspire kids. The campaign has already found early support from names such as music artists Stan Walker, Justice Crew, Johnny Ruffo and Christina Parie, Aussie actors Firass Dirani, Gyton Grantley and Rob Mills and Nickelodeon’s presenters Luke and Wyatt to name just a few!

From today, Nickelodeon is urging even more celebrities and kids to upload their squares online, simply by visiting www.nickelodeon.com.au/daretobesquare . Nick is also calling on the public to send on the message via email, FaceBook and Twitter (tweet using hashtag #DARETOBESQUARE) to all their own contacts to throw squares in the air and upload their pics online.

In addition to aiming for 1 million square pics online, Nickelodeon will be directing the audience of kids who attend Nickelodeon’s SLIMEFEST to throw a square in the air during the show. This moment will create an amazing display of solidarity, with the crowd of thousands "daring to be square" in the spirit of SpongeBob’s positivity!

Nickelodeon’s inaugural SLIMEFEST event will be Australia’s first music concert for tweens, combining all the best elements of Nickelodeon’s mega-popular Kids’ Choice Awards (KCAs) events. With coveted tickets for the initial show now sold out, a second show was announced last week by popular demand, and will take place at 11.00am on Saturday September 15 (same day) at Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion. Artists set to perform include JESSICA MAUBOY, REECE MASTIN, JUSTICE CREW, STAN WALKER and JOHNNY RUFFO. Added to the line-up just last week is CHRISTINA PARIE, who has also been named SLIMEFEST’s official backstage reporter, and is set to provide audiences with AAA access to the with backstage photos, exclusive interviews and updates to The Nick Shack (www.nickelodeon.com.au) throughout the show.
