NickToons USA To Premiere "The Legend of Korra - Book Four: Balance" From Friday 28th November 2014

ToonZone Forums member 'Looney Tunes Fan' is reporting the exciting Nick News in a post on TZ's NickToons forum that Nickelodeon USA has announced in a brand-new trailer that the networks animation and action channel, NickToons USA, will start to premiere and show the fourth and final season of Nickelodeon's hit original animated series (Nicktoon) "The Legend of Korra" Book Four, titled "Balance", from Friday 28th November 2014 at 9:00pm ET/PT, following Nickelodeon USA digitally premiering "The Legend of Korra - Book Four: Balance" online on nick.com and on the networks Emmy Award-winning Nick App!

Science Bob To Guest Star In Upcoming Episode Of "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn"; To Premiere In 2015

The entertainment industry news magazine The Wrap is reporting the exciting Nickelodeon news that "Science Bob" Pflugfelder, a award winning science teacher, maker, and presenter, will be a guest star in a upcoming brand-new episode of Nick's all-new hit comedy series "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn" set to premiere on Nickelodeon USA during early 2015!

The episode "Science Bob" Pflugfelder is set to guest star on, billed as a season two episode, is called "The Quadtest", and will see the titular 10-year-old quadruplets compete among themselves for a month with no chores. One of them goes so far as to recruit Science Bob for extra help in winning the contest.

"Science Bob" Pflugfelder is an award winning science teacher, maker, and presenter. Over the years, he has been exploring the scientific world with thousands of students. He also encourages parents and teachers to practice "Random Acts of Science" by providing instructions and videos for interactive science experiments on his web site, as well as public presentations at science festivals and MakerFaires. His experiments have also been featured in magazines including People, Popular Science, Disney's Family Fun, and WIRED magazine. He spent several years traveling around Hollywood tutoring young actors on TV and movie sets. He has been a speaker at events such as the USA Science & Engineering Festival and the World Maker Faire. It won't be Science Bob's first brush with fame. Famed science teacher to guest star on a Season 2 episode

Science Bob is coming to Nickelodeon.

The beloved science teacher will guest star on the network's new series “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn” in early 2015, TheWrap has learned.

It won't be Science Bob's first brush with fame. The popular entertainer and award-winning educator — born Bob Pflugfelde — previously appeared on ABC's “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and “Live with Kelly & Michael.” In addition, he's famous for being an on-set tutor to young stars.

The Season 2 episode he's set to guest star on is entitled “The Quadtest,” which sees the titular 10-year-old quadruplets compete among themselves for a month with no chores. One of them goes so far as to recruit Science Bob for extra help in winning the contest.

The multi-camera Nickeldeon series — which debuted in March [September 2014] — stars Aidan Gallagher ("Modern Family") as Nicky, Casey Simpson ("Despicable Me 2") as Ricky, Mace Coronel ("The Bold and the Beautiful") as Dicky and Lizzy Greene as Dawn. Their parents are played by Allison Munn ("That '70s Show") and Brian Stepanek ("The Suite Life of Zack and Cody").

Executive producers are Matt Fleckenstein and Michael Feldman.

“Nicky, Ricky Dicky & Dawn” airs Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon.

Nickelodeon USA To Premiere "100 Things To Do Before High School" TV Movie On 11/11; To Fully Debut Series In Early 2015

Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, has announced and confirmed the exciting news in the following press release, from The Futon Critic, that Nick USA will debut a sneak preview of the networks brand-new live-action comedy series "100 Things To Do Before High School" in a all-new TV movie special on Tuesday 11th November 2014 at 8:00pm (ET/PT)!


Additionally, Nickelodeon has also announced in the same press release, below, that Nick USA will fully launch the series, which will introduce Nickelodeon's latest crop of super-star talent, during early 2015!

On Tuesday, November 11 at 8:00pm (ET/PT), Nickelodeon will debut a sneak preview of its new live-action comedy series 100 Things To Do Before High School in a TV movie special. Created by Big Time Rush executive producer and creator Scott Fellows, this new show will follow three best friends as they navigate the highs and lows of middle school, with the help of a bucket list of adventures that help them overcome class cliques, terrifying bullies and clueless teachers.

With real life and teen drama awaiting her after 8th grade graduation, CJ Parker (Isabela Moner) has only a short time left to make the most of her middle school years. Nickelodeon's New Live Action Hits Lead To Weekly Ratings Win For Nick USA

Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids and families, has announced the exciting Nickelodeon Ratings News in the following press release, from TVByTheNumbers.com, that Nick USA closed the first week of November 2014 (Monday 27th October to Sunday 2nd November 2014) as basic cable's number-one total day network with Kids 2-11 (2.0/608K) and total viewers (1.1M), posting a third consecutive weekly win with kids driven by strong performances from its hit live-action and animation slate!


For the week, the network landed the top three live-action series with Kids 2-11 and swept the top three spots with Kids 6-11. With Kids 2-11, "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn" (4.3/1.3M), "The Thundermans" (4.1/1.3M) and "Henry Danger" (4.0/1.2M) were the top live-action series for the week. The comedic trifecta were also the top performers with Kids 6-11, with "Nicky, Ricky, Dicky and Dawn" leading (5.8/1.1M); followed by "The Thundermans" (5.6/1.0M); and "Henry Danger" (5.2/971K).

"SpongeBob SquarePants" was the number-one animated program with Kids 6-11 (4.7/882K) for the week and was also the top kids show with total viewers (2.8M) across cable TV.

Additionally, Nickelodeon niche networks, TeenNick and Nicktoons, posted double-digit year-over-year (YOY) increases with their core demos. Nickelodeon UK Renames Nick Jr. 2; Unveils New Look For NickToons UK

As speculated, Nickelodeon UK and Ireland yesterday, Monday 3rd November 2014, renamed "Nick Jr. 2" to "Nick Jr. Too"!


As part of Nickelodeon UK's popular preschool channels' name change, Nick UK has rebranded the channels on-air presentation to feature the logo of the channels new name, "Nick Jr. Too":

As part of NickToons' latest channel refresh, the "toons" part of Nicktoons' brand-new logo now features a yellow font colour.

NickToons brand-new channel bumpers and idents feature characters from popular NickToons shows, including "SpongeBob SquarePants", "Sanjay and Craig", and "Breadwinners". Each ident features a characters face, with their eyes making up the 'oo' part of the 'NickToons' logo. The background of each bumper also features the skin-tone of each characters face, with SpongeBob's bumper having a yellow background, Squidward's bumper having a green background, and Patrick's bumper having a pink background. NickToons 'Next' bumpers also feature video clips of the upcoming show in a old fashioned television style box on-screen. NickToons have also redesigned their Lower Third graphics, including their 'Later on NickToons' graphic, to match the channels' new look, with the face of a character from the show mentioned making up the 'oo' part of the NickToons logo.
