Saban's "Power Rangers Dino Charge" To Tour The UK During Summer 2015

Saban's "Power Rangers Dino Charge" is hitting the road with a summer tour of the UK to support the launch of the awesome new range of action figures and role-play toys to coincide with the new TV series premiering in August 2015.

Coming to FreeView and FreeSat channel Pop on Monday 31st August 2015 at 7:30am, "Power Rangers Dino Charge" is the brand-new 22nd season of Saban's popular "Power Rangers" franchise. The all-new episodes see the new team of Power Rangers use their dinosaur spirit energy to charge up an arsenal of dino-fuelled swords, blasters, Zords, and Megazords to save the world.

But that's not all. Kids can be just like the Dino Charge Rangers with the arrival of an awesome new range of action figures, Zord Builder and role-play toys that are now available in stores across the UK. To support the launch, a comprehensive marketing campaign will be activated across the season. This activity includes an exciting experiential campaign that sees "Power Rangers Dino Charge" going on tour across the Summer Holidays, visiting fans at various events.

"Experiential activity offers a fantastic platform for us to engage children with "Power Rangers Dino Charge" as well as getting the toys into kids' hands," said Power Rangers Product Manager, Tess Parsons. "In addition, this activity provides a great hook to generate PR content, raising awareness of the brand and toys to a wider audience outside of the events."

The first stop is CarFest North in Cheshire from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August 2015. This will see the Dino Charge Experience come to life under a giant red inflatable at this family festival. There will be a hub of activities for kids of all ages, including arts and crafts, a Ranger Training area and a Dino cinema where kids can see the first episode before it airs on TV. There will even be a Dino Charge photo booth so kids can take a memento home with them. Dino Charge will be back again at CarFest South in Laverstoke to relive the fun from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th August 2015.

Next, Power Rangers will partner with ToyTesters.TV as part of a week-long tour that kicks off on Monday 3rd August 2015 at three Hamleys stores - Glasgow, Manchester and Regents Street, London. Kids will be able to test out and then rate the brand new Dino Charge Megazord and Morpher. There will be lots of opportunities to win some amazing goodies too, including "Power Rangers" goodie bags!

The Dino Charge toys will also be supported with a heavyweight TV and cinema advertising campaign, as well as press and digital activity across the season.
