A new date of Thursday 17th August 2017 has been added on to the three existing shows, set to take place in the ECHO Arena starting Wednesday 16th August 2017.

The show has also found a new venue for the Manchester performances.

PAW Patrol Live! "Race to the Rescue" was one of many shows cancelled following the temporary closure of the Arena after the terror attack. It had been expected there on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th August 2017.

Now appearing at the O2 Apollo Theatre, PAW Patrol Live! "Race to the Rescue" will now begin its UK tour in Manchester with performances on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July 2017 taking place at 10am, 1.30pm and 4.30pm each day.

Manchester Arena ticket holders will be contacted by their ticket agent to facilitate exchanges and will be given first access to the best seats in the house.

The tour promoters said: “Following last month's tragic incident, we felt strongly that PAW Patrol Live! "Race to the Rescue" tour dates should remain for the city.

"We’re thrilled to have secured the O2 Apollo so that we can still bring the show to Manchester and in fact now commence the UK tour in this fantastic city.”

Tickets for the new Manchester and Liverpool performances are available to purchase from 9am on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at and include newly released tickets from £15, and family passes (for four people) for £99.

Featuring a cast of everybody’s favourite PAW Patrol characters and produced by Nickelodeon, VStar Entertainment Group and Life Like Touring, Paw Patrol Live shows that ‘no job is too big, no pup is too small’ and shares lessons for all ages about citizenship, social skills and problem-solving as the characters each use their unique skills and teamwork.

PAW Patrol Live! "Race to the Rescue" is based on PAW Patrol, Spin Master Entertainment’s phenomenally popular property which airs on Nick Jr.

Families can join Ryder, Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, Skye and Everest for the show’s first tour in UK and Ireland. Running at 80 minutes, PAW Patrol Live! includes two acts and an intermission.

Puppetry elements are built into costumes worn by real actors to create a combination of life-size pups that sing and dance. The performance features music, dance and an original script as well as classic theatrical scenery and a high-tech video wall that visually transports families to PAW Patrol locations such as Adventure Bay, The Lookout, Seal Island, Farmer Yumi's farm and Jake's Mountain.

Special interactive video allows the audience to participate in the show via interviews, solving puzzles with the Pups, following Mayor Goodway and much more.
