Tom Kenny And Stephen Hillenburg Win Achievement Awards At 45th Annual Annie Awards For Their Work On 'SpongeBob SquarePants' *Updated*

The International Animated Film Society, ASIFA-Hollywood, has announced the Sponge-Tastic news that voice actor Tom Kenny has won the "Outstanding Achievement for Voice Acting in an Animated Television / Broadcast Production" award in the 45th Annual Annie Awards for his voice acting work bringing SpongeBob SquarePants to life on Nickelodeon's hit animated series, SpongeBob SquarePants!

Additionally, Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of SpongeBob SquarePants, was awarded the Winsor McCay Award for lifetime achievement at the 45th Annual Annie Awards!

ASIFA-Hollywood announced the winners of the 45th Annual Annie Awards, which recognizes the year’s best in the field of animation, at a black tie ceremony on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at UCLA’s Royce Hall.
