Nickelodeon News Bytes - Sunday 8th April 2018

-- Nickelodeon has split its Nickelodeon Global feed into two separate feeds: The Nickelodeon Global feed is now ad-free, and airs shorts inbetween programmes. The second feed is called Nickelodeon Global Commercial, and is similar to how Nickelodeon Global was before the split. Nick Global will start to air Instant Mom, See Dad Run and Sam and Cat soon, with the first two is dubbed in ungarian, so they may also air on Nick GL Comm soon. (Instant Mom is already premiered on Comedy Central Family in some countries). Nickelodeon Global Commercial can also air The Loud House, as it doesn't broadcast in Africa, where the show is banned. Here's the minute when the feed split up into two feeds:

-- PAW Patrol Live! "Race to the Rescue" to visit SHN Orpheum Theatre in San Francisco, California on April 28 and 29, 2018; and the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului, Hawaii on July 13 to 15!

-- PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” to visit Centre 200 in Cape Breton Island, Sydney, Nova Scotia on Oct. 24!

-- Marva Smalls, the Vice President (VP) of Public Affairs, and Chief of Staff for the Nickelodeon Group has made a major donation to the International African American museum!

-- Pilar McCurry, Veteran Music Supervisor (Make It Pop), Dies at 53.

-- The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research honors outstanding industry leader Pam Kaufman, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & President of Consumer Products, Nickelodeon at their 17th Annual New York Family Day in NYC! For us they were a very important partner, they were a partner where we were able to launch and test,” Kaufman said during the “State of the Entertainment Franchise” panel. “You can’t always do that at Walmart and Target, these are big companies, I think of them as cruise ships, and Toys R Us was a great company to test new IP, they were a great advertising partner, they were a global partner. They’re going to be missed in this industry.”
