FAILED PILOTS - The Buglys | Speech Bubble w/Butch Hartman

Butch Hartman (creator of Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom on Nickelodeon) and his 'Speech Bubble' cohost, Jace Diehl talk about Butch’s failed TV show pilots. In this clip, we learn about Butch's cartoon pitch, The Buglys, which Butch developed as part of his four-pilot deal with Nickelodeon!

It's a small world out there, unless you're a bug! The Buglys followed a family of bugs who lived in the town of Bugberg: Bernie Bugly (Jeff Bennett, T.U.F.F. Puppy), his wife, Barbie Bugly (Cheri Oteri, Bunsen Is a Beast, Fairly OddParents), who their two children, twins Bobby (Ben Giroux, Henry Danger, Bunsen Is a Beast) and Brittany Bugly.

Butch also reveals that, in the pilot episode of Bunsen Is a Beast, a female voice actor was cast as the voice of Mikey, and it was her voice who appeared in a clip showcased at Comic-Con!

Butch Hartman (creator of Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, T.U.F.F. Puppy and Bunsen Is a Beast on Nickelodeon) hosts Speech Bubble with the Robin to his Batman, Jace Diehl! Topics range from cartoons to movies to what Butch had for lunch yesterday. No matter what he talks about, it’s always guaranteed to be awesome!
