However, her skills and patience are put to the test when Cleo persuades her to hire slacker Rikki, who needs the money for concert tickets. But with Emma being a megalomaniac manager, and Rikki a lazy employee, things don't work out, and Rikki quits after Emma gives her a hard time for being rude to demanding customer Miriam.
