Nickelodeon Starts to Remove Police-Themed Episodes of Shows from Schedules and Online & Streaming Platforms

In the wake of protests against police brutality following the tragic death of George Floyd around the U.S. and the world, Nickelodeon in the U.S. has begun to pull police-themed episodes of shows from future airings and from on-demand platforms until further notice.


-- The Bubble Guppies episode "The Police Cop-etition!" has been removed from the Nick Jr. App and Noggin SVOD service. The episode is still airing on the Nick Jr. channel, and is slated to next air on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT). The episode was replaced with episode "Come to Your Senses!"

-- The Tyler Perry's Young Dylan episode "The Enforcer" has been removed from the Nick App and Nickelodeon on Demand as well as for future airings. In the episode, Dylan starts a classroom protest over having to wear uniforms on his first day at school.

-- Online at NickJr.com, Nick Jr. has changed the PAW Patrol character featured in the show's button in the top navbar from Chase to Marshall:


-- Nickelodeon is removing Chase from PAW Patrol from 'gallery' images of the cast:
