Sean Hackett loves to write and his single inspiration is the prettiest girl in his class, Jennifer. While rummaging though a part of his house which is under construction, Sean and his friend Billy uncover an old fashioned typewriter. Sean is immediately drawn to it, takes it from its hiding place and starts writing with it. After writing several stories, Sean and Billy discover that the typewriter gives them the power to influence the world because what they type comes true. However, they also find that this power can be misused and bring undesired consequences.
