New 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem' Poster Unveiled

A new generation of heroes will rise… from the sewers! In addition to sharing the first trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies have also shared a new poster for their upcoming 3DCG animated film, hitting theaters August 4!


The new poster features one of the Heroes in a Half-Shell (most likely Raphael or Michelangelo) gripping a skateboard. The underside of the skateboard has a ton of graffiti art, such as Raph's ninja sai, the words "Turtles," fists, and more. Of course, the movie title and logo of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is prominently featured, along with the film's release date of August 4th.

In the film, years after their last contact with the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and gain acceptance through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when they must confront an army of mutants.

Jeff Rowe directs from a script written by Brendan O’Brian based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman.  Kyler Spears serves as co-director.

The cast includes Micah Abbey; Shamon Brown Jr.; Hannibal Buress; Rose Byrne; Nicolas Cantu; John Cena; Jackie Chan; Ice Cube; Natasia Demetriou; Ayo Edebiri; Giancarlo Esposito; Post Malone; Brady Noon; Rogen; Paul Rudd; and Maya Rudolph.

Award-winning animation studio Mikros Animation produced the 3DCG animation. Point Grey Production’s Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver produce.  Ramsay McBean and Josh Fagen serve as executive producers.
