While Rise of the TMNT and TMNT (2012) may have never had an official crossover, there was an amazing easter egg when Seth Green, Rob Paulsen, and Greg Cipes all came together to form the Hidden City gang, the Mud Dogs! And Rob Paulsen, who played Leonardo in 2012, is not going to waste the opportunity to give Raphael grief for being the leader, when we all know that "blue guy is ALWAYS the leader!"
