The Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all-star cast is led by Troy Baker (Batman: Arkham Origins, The Last of Us) as the voice of both Batman and the Joker – making Baker the first actor to ever play both roles in the same film. Opposite Baker are the Ninja Turtles themselves – Emmy Award/Golden Globe Award/SAG Award winner Darren Criss (American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace, Glee) as Raphael, Kyle Mooney (Saturday Night Live) as Michelangelo, Baron Vaughn (Grace and Frankie) as Donatello, and Eric Bauza (Looney Tunes Cartoons, The Woody Woodpecker Show) as Leonardo.

The kind of battle shown in the above clip is guaranteed to get the attention of the caped crusader, but he's bringing the rest of his Batman family along with him. Once the initial meetings are out of the way, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo will be teaming up with Batman, Robin, and Batgirl. Unfortunately, Shredder is also the kind of villain who attracts other evil masterminds to his side, forging an alliance with Ra's al Ghul, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and more. Troy Baker leads the voice cast pulling double duty as both Batman and Joker, with Darren Criss debuting his version of Raphael, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's Rachel Bloom bringing Batgirl Barbara Gordon to life.
