Visalia, California - Visalia will be honoring Visalian teen Caleb Brown by hosting a FREE watch party of his brand new Nickelodeon comedy That Girl Lay Lay on Thursday, September 23 from 6-9 p.m. at at Visalia Rawhide Stadium, 300 N.
