Burgemeester Humdinger neemt Rubble mee naar de Noordpool. Hij wil Rubble's bulldozer gebruiken om binnen te dringen in de werkplaats van de Kerstman om alle cadeautjes te stelen. De PAW Patrol komt in actie en Rubble moet een moeilijke keuze maken: een laserboor voor zichzelf, of cadeautjes voor alle kinderen van de wereld.
