In the brand-new one-hour Game Shakers special "Revenge @ Tech Fest" (#998), the Game Shakers have the Girls Who Code help them when an old rival of Double G's returns for revenge! Ever wondered what would happen if your Dog became a dude? Manny lives the tail in Rufus! In Nickelodeon's brand-new original television movie, Manny has moved to a new school, and is finding it hard to fit in. After wishing he had more friends, Manny finds a mysterious collar and puts it on his loyal dog, Rufus. Suddenly, Rufus is magically transformed into a real boy!


Manny's not sure what to do, so he enrolls Rufus in school. Quickly, Manny learns that having a dog-turned-dude by your side is pretty awesome, but it's no walk in the park, either. When the other students notice Rufus's silly dog antics - chasing squirrels, eating without utensils, asking for belly rubs, and catching soccer balls and flying discs with his mouth - he immediately earns school-wide pup-ularity. Manny's jealousy soon gets the better of him when his crush, Paige, takes a special interest in Rufus, but he eventually learns that a Dog's loyalty to his owner always comes first.

Nickelodeon And Chiquita Bring Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play To Kids Across Europe

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Northern Europe has announced the exciting news in a press release, below via the Nick Pressecenter, that Nickelodeon has partnered with Chiquita, one of the worlds best known distributor of bananas and other produce, for a new joint social responsibility campaign spanning 21 cities across seven European countries!


In Germany, Visoon Video Impact, the television and motion picture distributors of Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) and Axel Springer, are developing a integrated multi-platform campaign for Spieltag 2016, Nickelodeon Germany's local version of Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play, which will include TV and online, out-of-home, on the ground and point of sale activations.


For Spieltag 2016, Nickelodeon Deutschland with go off-air between 1:00pm and 5:00pm on Tuesday 21st June 2016 to encourage children across Germany to go outside and play, whether in a garden, at a school festival or in a playground. The initiative will be sponsored by Chiquita.

Chiquita will also be supporting Nickelodeon events in Belgium, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland, for example, in Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm, Rome or Athens.

The main element of Chiquita's partnership with Nickelodeon will be the "Chiquita & Nickelodeon Playground", a brand-new game consisting of several stations that will take kids on an adventurous journey, featuring activities such as "Banana Mountain", "Banana Basketball", "Bungee Run" and "Disco pineapple". The game is designed to encourage to keep participants physically and creatively active.

In Germany, there will be "Chiquita & Nickelodeon Playgrounds" in the following cities:

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nickelodeon shifts into high gear with a series of six all-new race car-themed episodes of the hit animated preschool series Blaze and the Monster Machines, featuring Blaze as a high-octane race car and guest voice appearances from superstar race car drivers Danica Patrick, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott and Kasey Kahne. The first special, "Race Car Superstar," premieres Monday, May 30, at 1:30 p.m. (ET/PT), followed by "Race to Eagle Rock" on Thursday, June 2, at 1:30 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon. The remaining four race car episodes will roll out this fall. Blaze and the Monster Machines, which currently ranks as the number-one preschool show in its time period on all TV, follows the adventures of the amazing monster truck Blaze and his eight-year-old driver AJ. It's also the first preschool show on TV to comprehensively cover all areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) in every episode. In the specials, Blaze visits the racing town of VelocityVille, where all the cars love to go fast, and meets four new race cars: Rally (Patrick), a race car who is always first to the track and never misses a chance to hit the raceway; Dash (Johnson), a car that is fun, friendly, fast and the ultimate racing buddy for Blaze; Mark Set-Go (Elliott), VelocityVille's sensational starter who kicks off each racing adventure with rock-star style and a signature rhyme; and Fender (Kahne), a car that rules the raceway, but is excited to share the track with Blaze.

In "Race Car Superstar," a car named Speedrick puts locks on the tires of other cars so they are stopped in their tracks, forcing Blaze to transform into a sleek and aerodynamic race car to free his new friends. Then, in "Race to Eagle Rock," Blaze brings all of his monster truck pals to VelocityVille for a wild race to the top of Eagle Rock. After they all transform into race cars with supercharged engines, they have to find a way to avoid Crusher's attempts to slow them down.
