Celebrate Halloween At Pleasure Beach Blackpool And Nickelodeon Land UK On Thursday 31st October 2013

Get ready for the fright of your life and to shout Nick or Treat! Pleasure Beach, Blackpool has announced in a blog entry on the amusement park and resorts official website, blackpoolpleasurebeach.com, that, to celebrate Halloween 2013, Blackpool Pleasure Beach will become Vampire Pleasure Beach on Thursday 31st October 2013 as scary souls, ghosts, ghouls, goblins and ghastly screams into the night make the 42-acre attraction their home!

Vampire Pleasure Beach returns with amazing rides, a special Horror Maze and a host of frightening figures lurking in the depths ready to give guests the thrill of their lives – if they dare!

Guests can take on white-knuckle rides like the Big One, the UK's tallest roller coaster, or have their senses spinned on Infusion and explore the fiery fantasy landscape of the Vikings in one of the world's biggest dark rides, Valhalla.

For the little (Aaahh!!! Real) monsters there are the thrills and spills of 12 amazing rides in Nickelodeon Land to enjoy – but you still won't escape the zombies! Nickelodeon megastars SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and their pals will be on hand to make sure the frights are kept away for the family, while there will be tricks and treats for all youngsters at the UK's only Nick Shop!

The Chinese Puzzle Maze will be transformed into the Horror Maze for Vampire Pleasure Beach, providing a frightening yet fun experience for guests and there will also be fire-eaters and stilt-walkers roaming the attraction as well as live music in a brand new Fright Night Stage located opposite Wallace & Gromit's brand new Thrill-O-Matic ride.

All guests arriving in Halloween costume will receive a free blood-red cocktail upon arrival at the attraction.

Vampire Pleasure Beach wristbands are available from 4pm and can be booked online for £18 in advance or £22 on the gate.

Blackpool Pleasure Beach will be open until 10pm; guests who already have a wristband for the day are welcome to enjoy the rest of the events taking place this Halloween at BPB!
