The Department:

The creative services department is responsible for the channel's on-air promotions, presentation and design, as well as the creation of marketing, client advertisements, sales tapes and cross channel promotions, whilst ensuring all campaigns are creatively aligned across digital and print. The Creative services department must ensure that Nickelodeon, Nicktoons and Nick Jr. deliver on their individual brand promises, while driving ratings and brand affinity.

The production team are responsible for all on and off air promotion for Nickelodeon, as well as on-network and integrated campaigns for Nickelodeon's clients. This role involves Managing the workflow, resources, budgets and quality for all projects including on-air promos, long and shortform production, commercial and Nickelodeon events for on-air, original production marketing, consumer products, corporate, ad sales and CSU.

Job Purpose:

* The department's output is the heartbeat of the channel – the visible representation of the Nickelodeon brand, watched by millions every month

* This role is required to provide seamless support in order to achieve that goal, and is a critically important one for the smooth running of the channel on a day to day basis

* Working across the Creative Services team, including On-Air, CSU, Original Production, Graphics, plus working alongside Creative Managers on-shoot related briefs such as print and digital

Post Production Coordination:

* Book graphics designers across the freelance desks on a daily basis

* Book all external post-production bookings – to include grades, edits, audio, voice overs, graphic design

* To negotiate best-rates with external post-production suppliers

* To raise and manage all Voice-over clearance rights and contracts

* To liaise with Producers over all additional music rights clearances and payments

* To liaise with the MTV post-production team over bookings and incoming costs and working with them to maximise workflows ensuring efficiency and satisfaction for the Creative Services producers

* To manage the Post-Production schedule and keep it up to date

Project Coordination:

* Taking brief alongside creative managers

* Liaising with creative managers to work out most efficient workflow while keeping the project to budge

* Scheduling project workflow and putting in sign-off meetings with client and suppliers

* Resourcing these projects

* Liaising with the client throughout process and ensuring project satisfaction.

Across both aspects:

* To manage budgets for all the above and process all related invoices

* To raise all related Purchase Orders and FRFs

* To request from legal all related contracts

* To reconcile budgets, as and when required

* To chase outstanding invoices

Nickelodeon Turkey To Premiere "School Of Rock" On Monday 7th November 2016

Nickelodeon Turkey has announced the exciting news in a series of posts on their official Facebook profile page, Facebook.com/NickelodeonTurkey, that Nickelodeon Turkey (Türkiye) will start to premiere and show School of Rock, Nickelodeon's brand-new live-action musical comedy series inspired by the hit movie of the same name, locally titled "Müzik Okulu", from Monday 7th November 2016 at 20:25!


The gifted students of William B. Travis Prep School are in for the lesson of a lifetime in Nickelodeon's all-new show, School of Rock!


When their teacher, Mrs. Calpakis (Vernee Watson) suffers an unfortunate skateboarding spill, Mr. Finn, a down-on-his-luck musician, steps in. Little do the group of overachieving rule-abiding students know - their new substitute actually rocks!

With their musical talents combined, this class of classically-trained musicians forms a band complete with headbanging beats and face-melting solos. But if they want to live the rock star life, they'll have to band together, take risks and rock out to reach new heights all whilst keeping the whole thing a secret.


Throughout the school year, these middle-school classmates find themselves navigating relationships, discovering their unknown talents and learning lessons on loyalty and friendships. With Mr. Finn's help, they'll discover that working together isn't just cool, it rocks!

In the series premiere of School of Rock, "Come Together", the class are introduced to their substitute teacher Mr. Finn, who quickly gives his students nicknames!

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The votes are in and kids nationwide have chosen Hillary Clinton as the winner of Nickelodeon’s 2016 Kids Pick The President “Kids’ Vote.” Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton received 53% of the vote, followed by Republican candidate Donald Trump with 36%. Third party candidate Gary Johnson earned 11%. A total of 905,928 kids cast their virtual ballot in Nick’s online poll as part of the network’s Kids Pick the President initiative, which is designed to amplify kids’ voices and opinions and raise their awareness of the electoral process.

Kids were able to cast their votes online from Oct. 28 to 9:23 p.m. ET on Nov. 5. The results were announced across Nickelodeon’s platforms tonight at 9:34 p.m. ET. One vote was tabulated per household device.

Since 1988, kids have correctly chosen the next U.S. president for six out of the last seven presidential elections (having chosen Kerry over Bush in 2004). The Kids Pick the President “Kids’ Vote” is an informal non-scientific poll, meant for entertainment purposes only.

Nickelodeon launched the 2016 Kids Pick the President "Kids' Vote" on Friday 28th October 2016, and have encouraged kids can cast their vote for who they would like to be the 45th President of the United States at kidspickthepresident.com.

Nickelodeon announced the Democratic Party nominee the winner of Kids Pick the President "Kids' Vote" live on-air on Saturday, Nov. 5, during an evening of special programming featuring fun, “election”-themed episodes of Nick’s hit live-action series Henry Danger, Game Shakers, School of Rock and Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn. The night’s lineup was hosted by Riele Downs (Henry Danger), Benjamin Flores Jr. (Game Shakers), Ricardo Hurtado (School of Rock) and Lizzy Greene (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn), who were on hand encouraging kids to get involved and cast their votes. Beginning with the network's inaugural “Kids' Vote” in 1998, kids have correctly chosen the next U.S. president in advance of the national election six out of the last seven times.
