Nickelodeon Unveils Philippines Typhoon Haiyan PSA With Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande To Urge People To Donate To UNICEF

Due to the recent tragedy in Philippines, in which Typhoon Haiyan, the strongest storm ever to make landfall, struck the central Philippines on Friday 8th November 2013, causing catastrophic damage, Nickelodeon Stars Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande, the stars of Nick's original comedy series "Sam & Cat", have recorded a very special and important Public Service Announcement as part of Nickelodeon's "The Big Help" pro-social program to encourage viewers to donate to children's charity UNICEF, the world's leading organisation working for children, to help deliver aid to children affected by the tragedy, and to deliver the reassuring message that, together with viewers, they stand side-by-side with our friends in the Philippines affected by Typhoon Haiyan, a 300-mile wide typhoon – locally known as Yolanda – which has left a trail of destruction in its wake.

You can donate to Unicef's Philippines Typhoon Haiyan donation appeal at supportunicef.org/philippines. Together, we can make a difference to meet the urgent needs of children affected by the disaster.

Your Canterbury, a British local website which reports the latest news about Canterbury, a historic English cathedral city which lies at the heart of the City of Canterbury, a district of Kent in South East England, is reporting in a article on yourcanterbury.co.uk that Bromley's Churchill Theatre will be holding a relaxed performance of its 2013 pantomime production of "Cinderella", which stars Nickelodeon UK presenter Anna Williamson (Nick UK's "Camp Orange", "Jamie's & Anna's Big Weekend", "UPick Summer", "N-View") as the title character, for visitors who may otherwise find theatre trips a daunting prospect on Wednesday 4th December 2013 at 1.30pm, to help encourage all to the panto!

The performance is designed to benefit for example parents with babies or young children attending theatre for the first ever time, or those with autistic spectrum disorders.

The theatre's general manager Sarah Guppy said: "We're absolutely delighted to be holding another relaxed performance this year and hope that it will enable even more people to enjoy the magic of Cinderella this Christmas."

Tickets are available online at atgtickets.com/bromley, by calling 0844 8717620 or by visiting the box office and cost between £15 and £26.50, or £32 for a premium ticket:

Anna Williamson co-stars in Churchill Theatre Bromley's production of "Cinderella" with actor Matt Lapinskas, who plays Anthony Moon in the BBC soap opera "EastEnders", as Prince Charming, and, returning from last year, Scottish actor Andrew Agnew, who played the character PC Plum in CBeebies' popular preschool programme "Balamory", as 'Buttons'.
