Hasbro Details New Peppa Pig Toy Lines

Hasbro has shared details of its first pre-school toy line based on the popular Entertainment One (eOne) brand Peppa Pig!

The line is the first inspired by the beloved family-friendly brand following Hasbro’s acquisition of eOne in December 2019. At its recent Investor Event, the company said it was capitalising on untapped potential for Hasbro brands in the pre-school market, with ranges for both Peppa Pig and PJ Masks set to launch in the second half 2021.

Hasbro also revealed it was enhancing the consumer licensing programmes for these brands with newly developed and produced content for both properties in the works between now and 2023.

Peppa Pig, the global sensation on both small screen and stage, will have a new toy line arriving at retail this fall. The littlest of fans will be able to enjoy playing with Peppa Pig and her family in the newly revealed product line including:

- Peppa Pig Peppa’s Adventures Peppa’s Family Motorhome Toy (Ages 3 & up/Approx. Retail Price $49.99/Available: 8/1) Kids ages 3 and up will love pretending that they’re on holiday with Peppa Pig and her family. Press the steering wheel to hear music and phrases from the Peppa Pig series. When it’s time to “camp,” kids can convert the vehicle to a multi-level RV playset. The set comes with a trailer hitch that attaches to the Peppa’s Family Red Car. “Our expectation is that we return to growth in revenues, earnings and EBITDA in 2021,” said chairman Brian Goldner at the Investor Event. “As we grow, we expand the reach of our brands to deliver higher operating margin and enhanced cash generation with the potential for Hasbro to reach operating margin levels greater than 16% and cash generation close to the billion-dollar level over the medium term.”
